Cap Tutorial
For the cap, mine has a lid on the top. You have to open it and then push the cap down the stick of the brush. Don’t push up, it will get stuck near the bristles.

If you are having trouble taking off the cap
Flip the cap of of the plastic lid up, then push the bottom of the brush UP and THROUGH. Stop leaving bad reviews because you aren't able to figure out how to use something. I actually love this cap feature because it lets me keep my cap attached to the handle while I use the brush, and then recap it easily when I put it back into my bag. No mess and bristles stay nice!

Good brush, cap difficult
So I had to write a review only because of the cap. I struggled getting the cap off to the point where I had to cut it off. I wish I would’ve checked the reviews first. I don’t think it’s common sense if most people struggled with it. I think I even tried pushing it down and that didn’t work but at the point it was pulled so much it was probably on tighter. Anyways, I like the brush so far and feel it blended my concealer great, better than a blender.
