This item was bought as a gift so it wasn’t given away or therefore opened during the return frame window and item was found to be defective. Though charged it did not work. Trust has been lost in this company’s products and I didn’t want to risk this happening again with a replacement but was denied a refund through Target and the company. Be wary of buying third party seller products if you can’t open something and verify it’s in working condition within time frame, lesson I had to learn the hard way.

This time broke after the FIRST charge. The piece inside the device that connects to the charger just broke and is now jiggling inside of the bottom of the device. You literally cannot charge it. Don’t waste your time or money

You have to put the balls in the fridge to get the cooling effect. The packaging made me think that it would heat or cool on its own because it’s electric. Nope! It vibrates, that’s why it’s electric. It still feels good on the face, but WAY over priced. Only buy this if it’s on sale.

The ISLA worked perfectly and I saw results with two days of using it. The only problem is that it broke within a month. All I did was pick it up from its packaging and it just came apart in my hand. A $30 device should not disintegrate like this! There is so much promise with this device, if it was made with stronger materials. I took it back to the store. Highly disappointed because I saw results and now I have to find something else!
