Defective upon opening
This item was bought as a gift so it wasn’t given away or therefore opened during the return frame window and item was found to be defective. Though charged it did not work. Trust has been lost in this company’s products and I didn’t want to risk this happening again with a replacement but was denied a refund through Target and the company. Be wary of buying third party seller products if you can’t open something and verify it’s in working condition within time frame, lesson I had to learn the hard way.

Hello! Thank you for contacting Spa Sciences! Sorry to hear about this, it sounds like your device might be defective. Please make sure the unit is being charged for a full 12 hours. When the unit is plugged in, you will see charging lights. Be sure to try other charging cords/blocks and outlets as well. After a 12-hour charge, unplug the unit and press the power button to power on. You should feel the sonic vibrations once the unit is on and working.

This is one of the coolest beauty tools that I have in my arsenal. The balls come off and you can actually refrigerate them so they’re nice and cold which I like to do and then I stick them on and with this gentle vibration and how easy it is to use my face feel so renewed after doing a face mask and using this on top of it. The gentle vibrations helps for the product to get absorbed into my skin and there’s nothing like this. It’s lightweight. Easy to use you can take it at travels well I highly recommend this.
