A: Hi Where are the replacement mop heads?
submitted byGrace - 6 months agoA: You unlock or pull open the gray plastic tab on the side of the mop handle/stick, and the mop stick will lengthen. Then you place the mop with mop head into the spin bucket with the center of the mop head fitting directly over the short plastic rod that sticks up from the center of the spin bucket, which will hold the mop head in place. With the tab on the mop handle/stick still in the open and unlocked position, push straight down on the mop handle. As you are pushing down and pulling up on the mop stick, it will shorten and lengthen, which causes the mop head to spin in the spin bucket. Repeat as many times as needed to wring out desired amount of water.

Q: How do I remover the microfiber towel to wash it? It seems like it’s stuck to the base and a few pieces of the mop came out when I tried to remove it.

A: Hi JLemon - Thank you for the inquiry about Spin Mop with Refill. Pull microfiber head off the assembly and toss in washing machine, wash in warm water, use the mop spinner mechanism to remove water and let air dry, refasten cleaned head to the pole assembly. Hope this helps! - Rolex

This is junk. Does not work left my floor soaked spin feature doesn’t work and I had to wring it out with my hands. Mop head scratched my wood floors all up because it moves all around. This is not worth the money. Should’ve bought the name brand!

I rated this a 3/5 simply because they DIDN’T make an replacement mop head! I’ve had to buy this product 3x just to replace the mop top and of course because they made it SQUARE now I can’t buy just any brand. So atp I’ve paid $120 for one product. Heck, at this point I might as well buy another bissell! Ugh!!!!!

Absolutely Useless
Wished they had zero stars. This is THE worst mop and THE worst bucket I have ever used. The bucket design is absolutely useless for larger areas, the mop flips over constantly and scrapes along the floor, and the bucket is a complete nightmare to clean. Omg, how many parts does a bucket acutally need????? Dumping the bucket makes a huge mess, spilling dirty water and cleaning the residual dirt is horrid. Overall, I'd like to meet the person who designed it (and I guarantee you they never held a mop) and the supporting staff who thought this was a "great idea" and actually manufactured it. I would demand a refund and a little extra for mental pain a suffering from using such a delightful product. Thanks for taking my money and wasting my valuable time. :-(

Some design flaws.
The shape of the mop head is square, and feel that it should be round. Also, the mop itself is really too small again round shape with shorter fibers would be better IMO. Wish it had come with a replacement mop head and not a huge fan of constantly having to unlock the handle to spin. I was trying to save a few dollars bit am regretting not purchasing name brand.
