If I could rate this negative a million, I would. This whole brand - Spinbrush - is just terrible. First, the button is difficult to push for an adult let alone a child. Second, the brush is extremely weak. If I wanted a manual brush, I would have purchased one especially at a cheaper price point. I purchased one initially and just thought we got one with the battery dying out. Then, I decided to give it a second try. ALL OF THEM ARE LIKE THIS. Why?!?! Such a waste of money for an electric brush. Do yourself a favor and just get the oral B kind. Spinbrush is just trash

BEWARE!!!
All the holes on the back of the toothbrush collect black gunk in them!!! My son was brushing his teeth and he ended up with the black stuff on his cheek! Then when he rinsed the toothbrush, the black gunk went all in the sink! I used a toothpick to see what it was and the black gunk was nonstop coming out of the holes! The whole tip of the toothbrush was full on this black gunk!!!🤢

Only lasts a few months
We bought the toothbrush in December, and by January it had stopped working. Bought new batteries, and it continued not to work. So we got a new one in January, and in May (5 months later), again, stopped working. Tried several different batteries and it won't work. Disappointed we went through 2 in 6 months and are left with no working toothbrushes.

Slightest pressure stops the spinbrush from spinni
Bought this one and the Mario version. This unicorn one for some reason stops working with the slightest pressure. Tried the same amount of pressure with the Mario version. I suppose the one I got was just defective. Sad that it's not a consistent quality.

Stops working often and too sensitive to pressure
Stops working regularly, despite constantly replacing batteries. I have 4 of these and they all do the same thing. They also stop spinning with the slightest pressure. Only work on front teeth when minimal pressure is applied. The force of the cheek alone on the back teeth stop the head from spinning. Still trying to figure out which replacement head to buy for the children's model. The website doesn't make it easy.

I can’t believe you can’t replace the brush head on this brush. I would never have purchased this if I realized that. I find this brand’s marketing deliberately misleading. Aside from that, the brush says it is for ages 3+ but the brush head was too large and the handle too heavy for my 5.5 year old to navigate well.

Alright for toddler brushing
Even though it’s called spin brush, the brush head really doesn’t rotate and vibrates. Brush head is not replaceable. Pro: We have been using for about 6 weeks now and battery is still working. The body is waterproof, and design is what my daughter loves, so it did help the toddler brushing routine initially when she was intrigued by the vibrating sensation. Overall I’ll still recommend giving it a try.

Within a month of using the toothbrush, it squeals and the speed is so slow it might as well be a manual toothbrush. I changed the battery and it changed nothing. Would not recommend this brand.

Not working

Lasted for three weeks at most.
Santa got this for my little to encourage better brushing hygiene. The battery died after about three weeks. No problem, I figured. I just replaced the AA battery with a new one, and nothing happened... I tried a few other batteries just in case it was the battery, but no, the brush seems to be broken. I'm extremely disappointed in this product, and the waste of plastic for there not even being an option for a replaceable brush head.
