Q: They shortened the battery life as many complained. This only lasts few days or a week and battery dies. Why did they shorten the battery life? Will they offer refund?

We bought two of these one for my daughter and one for my son, his was not spinning hardly out of the package and I replaced the battery, it worked for about 3 weeks before it stopped spinning while he actually brushed. He now hits it on the countertop to get it going again, based on previous reveiws there is something faulty in the recent manufacturing process. I would hold off on purchasing as it doesn't perform to expectations. My daughters has worked great without the need for a battery replacement- Just wish my son had the same quality.

I bought this for my daughter and went to use it the first time and as soon as it touched the teeth, it quit spinning. So thinking the battery was no good, I put a new one in and it still did the same thing, quit spinning as soon as I went to brush her teeth. Waste of money

I’ve had this toothbrush for a few months now, and the power level is bad. I’ve added brand new batteries and I can barely hold them to my kids teeth. And, no, I paid my own hard earned money for these. No one paid me or gave me free product.

I’m surprised this has 4.5 stars! This brand electric toothbrush has very minimal power compared to the oral b kids toothbrushes. The spin action is pretty weak and easily stops when brushing or putting even a tiny bit of pressure. My son liked the character on it so we got this, but will continue to purchase the oral b brands honestly.

My 3 year old daughter loves these character toothbrushes. The first one we had was Chase and it worked great. Our second was Rubble and as some reviewers mention it has not had much power and is loosing steam quickly. I am getting ready to order another one because they make brushing easy and the little lady enjoys it.
