My hair was blonde, so I only used the dye but it didn't change my hair to silver

I love this color and it comes with bleach! Lasts forever and fades to a beautiful baby pink!

It definitely has more of a red wine look than a deep purple

This is the best color in their line up. I have tried a few other colors and this one looks the best for me.

Had someone else put it in my face become blue it made my face look like a blue berry, hours after it was dried it was getting on my skin, furniture, pillows and my hands when I them though my hair. Great color though

I had stripped all color from my hair so it became this light coppery brown. it wasn't a dark brown at all. my hair is black and my floor is purple. don't reccomend for anyone that doesn't have blonde hair

Ive been dying my hair for years and have never encountered a problem, I today bought the midnight jade splat hair dye to and somehow my hair is a bold blue and not green.

My hair turned more of a Shamrock green at the top where I was a little warmer blonde and turned more of a navy blue towards the bottom where I was actually a really light blonde so definitely not the jade green from the box Not an ugly outcome just not what I was expecting

I typically use this product with clients who want a permanent dye However I wish they had more shade options and colours in general As most options are quite ugly. Like give me ACTUAL neon pls

Okay so my review was deleted the long paragraph I wrote . Long story short . Being a platinum blonde I went blue , stripped hair went orange, stripped hair then went red. IM A SPLAT LOVEEERR. And a big hater on black color cause it's hard to remove and you know the rest etc.. I've let my hair grow out (grows fast) and havea skunk tail that's what it's called now a days? Idk I'm old. It's grown out. . Now I wanted to go purple. Me having light brown hair.. with the ends that yes show bleach and years of coloring but still very healthy . My worst and number one fear/ick happened. MY HAIR LOOKS BLACK WITH THIS DYE. I bought another one and I'm not sure to even try again . I'm upset, I'm devastated I'm everything. My hair is light brown and instead of any shade of purple it looks black (besides the SUPER GROWN OUT SKUNK TAIL.) I will provide all the color phases I've happily enjoyed with SPLAT. Never has been a problem, never damaged hair, never a problem stripping (head&shoulders hack ifykyk) . But I'm definitely sad about the outcome of this, especially being promoted for dark hair. . Do you think I should try again ? I don't want to bleach my natural hair. Just wanted to get what is being promoted.. once again all colors of my hair will be uploaded . If not in order I was BLONDE-BLUE-ORANGE-RED- then growing out natural hair with blonde skunk tail , now purple grown out skunk tail with BLACK HAIR 🥲 Love ya hope this helps !

I have been coloring my hair purple for 10+ years and Splat Midnight Tanzanite is HANDS DOWN the BEST color and bang for your buck!! I have dark brown hair that I did bleach once and now I just bleach my roots twice a year to keep up with it. When I first bleached it, I also had it professionally colored purple. I was spending around $200-$300 every couple of months to keep up with it!! I decided that I either had to let the purple go or dye it myself... I tried a few different brands including Manic Panic but none were the deep bluish violet I was looking for. I even tried the purple Splat dye but it was too red. Then I tried this color and the angels sang from the heavens!!! I can't speak to unbleached hair but if you have prelightened hair, this is a Godsend! The color is multidimensional and extremely vibrant. I leave it on my hair for an hour and it always turns out perfect.

What a strong color but OMG! Don't do it in your bathroom, it will stain surfaces and skin. Use bleach to remove stains from tile and surfaces. Also box came with unusable gloves????? Flat and couldn't open

I've been using this splat dye for probably 4 years, my hair is always healthy and so soft. the conditioner is so good. i love the color and it is very long lasting. only thing i will say that come could perceive as bad is the color barely fades and will probably never come out with any amount of color remover or bleach but i really don't care bc i love the red but if your looking for something that isn't permanent/wont last long this is probably not for you.

This should not be marketed as a semi permanent dye. It has been months and I have tried everything to strip the color out.

Dyed on two heads of natural blonde hair. One is a white-blonde, the other is a med blonde. Let product sit for a hour. The purple turned blue and barely stuck after a single rinse. Complete waste of time and money

I really wanted to like this dye because the color is beautiful on my hair but it stains everything, even running my fingers through my hair dry. And my hair feels very damaged after this. I won't be using it again.
