These arm bands are just as awkward as you think they will be. But, they also make the hugged part of your arm sweat. If you were like "I dunno, they seem hard to use" well, yes, but... if you want that part of your arm to sweat while you work out, then you buy them. Everyone is pretty much used to spandex or compression on their legs and abs, but the arm thing is new. You get used to it/ understand how it works for you. 4 stars because of how it's a learning curve to get them on; would be cool if they were a slip-on sleeve.

Perfect size and quality!
Looking to feel good for my upcoming wedding and snagged these arm trimmers to help. They feel weird at first but after the first workout, I hardly noticed them. The product notates which trimmer goes to which arm which is helpful. What I really like is the small bag to store/wash the product. This is to preserve them. Looking forward to continue wearing them and seeing results!

I am very happy that I discovered these Sports Research Arm Trimmers! When working out, I simply put these on & they provide thermal compression to the bicep area promoting an additional increase in heat and sweat during exercise. They are contoured to fit around your bicep comfortably and naturally flexible to adjust to your size and shape. Work great and I would recommend.

Slightly small
These arm trimmers seem to run slightly small. I have relatively thin arms but after having 5 kids and not doing any working out I am a bit more flabby than i previously was. I would start out with a slightly bigger size to start with

Not great
I thought these arm trimmers were going to be good but I didn’t like them. They are kind of hard to put on. Once you do get them on, they feel almost too tight while working out. They were not comfortable the many times I used them while working out. I didn’t notice too much of difference in my arms. I received these for free in exchange for my opinion.

Comfortable
When you think of exercising you typically think of being uncomfortable but these arm trimmers are very comfortable. It's easy to adjust to your comfort level. I wear them while I work and exercise. The results start right away!

Flabby arms
Since getting older my arms have definitely lost it's firmness. I try to workout to help keep my body in as best of health as I possibly can. Using these arm trimmers have helped with that.

Great product
I am a big fan of the Sweet Sweat waist trainer so I was very excited to try out the arm trainers. They are effective but a little more prominent when wearing them out and about making them harder to cover up. I would probably just wear them during my workouts or around the house

Awesome product
These are a great product for those who want to receive the most from their workout. Plus, they smell really good! I am always skeptical of things like this, but I was very pleased when I used this product. It fit my arms quite well, comfortably, but still appropriately tight. They flexed with my body quite well, and didn't come undone at all. Overall, I am very pleased with the product. They also seem to be made of a pretty sturdy material as I have noticed no wear and tear on them.

Good quality!
The older I get, the more I’m noticing arm jiggle. These arm trimmers are easy to adjust and stay in place well during a good workout. They come with a mesh cleaning/storing bag. I’m excited to see how these will help me long term.
