ZIPPER BROKE AFTER ONE DAY OF USE

I love the backpack but it has a manufacturing defect on the metal part of the strap and you cannot tighten the strap.

Zipper broke and barely had anything in it.

Nice backpack. The only issue I have with it is that it doesn’t have a water bottle holder. Oh, I also wish this material came in black.

I bought 2 of these great comfortable backpacks, one in ivory and then I ordered one in black for winter! I love them and have gotten many compliments on them!!!

hey so this backpack literally started molding? I never spilled anything in it or put food items in it. It began sprouting literal, actual mold after getting slightly damp on a rainy day. I’m baffled, and so sad. I loved this bag. But I can’t risk the mold spreading, so it had to go to the trash. I’ve never had a backpack mold before, this is insane.

I was looking for a Laptop backpak that was easy but sturdy at the same time and this is just perfect. I love the minimal design it goes with everything.

Love the color! But the fact that a water bottle won’t even fit in the side pockets is just silly. Too bad because it’s cute just not useful.

This backpack is a step up from flimsy nylon ones, but it still lacks structure for carrying heavier items like a laptop. It’s comfortable enough, but once full it puts a lot of strain on the straps, it looks/feels like they won’t last. The nylon is very soft but, if im wearing a tank, it feels like plastic wrap sticking to my back and makes me SO HOT -- not it for NYC commuting. Some mesh padding would help. The size is also slightly larger than it appears on the models. The design is beautiful and the smaller size is great, but I’d rather pay more for something sturdier and more comfortable. Only recommend if you don’t plan to carry a laptop regularly.

Bought as a teacher bag, not as big as I was hoping but nice quality. The water bottle pocket on the side is tiny, I could maybe fit some pens or something in it but definitely not a water bottle. Straps seem kinda flimsy so we'll see if it lasts the whole school year. Nice material though, seems easy to wipe clean.

What are the side pockets for??? You guys they just had to make them a little bigger and would fit water bottles. But it does not. Too deep for phone or other items. What a horrible design.

I use this bag for work. It fits all my stuff. I love that it’s more stiff, instead of a floppy backpack

This is my go-to work bag. It is very spacious, comfortable to wear, and I have received a lot of compliments on this one.

Lots of pickets, nice and soft, much bigger an Nd more roomier than expected.

I got this to use for work and it is ok but the stitching is already coming apart and I didn’t even use it when I noticed that. I’ve used it twice now and it’s fine but the straps are a bit too long even if you tighten them. Thankfully I only have to carry from my car into the office but I’m not going to overstuff the bag or anything because I’m afraid the straps will rip. I’m honestly thinking of returning it since the stitching is defective.

Seems to be a nice backpack but this came all stained.

stitching is not well done. All I kept in it was my laptop and two notebooks and one of the straps tore off within a month of use.

I got this to replace an older version black universal thread backpack that I used as a baby bag for 5 years! The zipper recently broke on that one, and thought this would be a nice replacement.
