Make a big batch one-dish dinner in the roomy rectangular dish, roast a vegetable side in the oval dish, or bake a delicious homemade pie in the pie dish. Then serve directly to the table in these elegant dishes.The beautiful porcelain enamel glaze prevents moisture absorption during baking, so baked goods won't dry out, and it diffuses heat gently and retains heat exceptionally well. Oven and broiler safe up to 572°F, ceramics can also be used in the microwave and are dishwasher safe. Highly scratch and impact resistant, STAUB ceramics are conveniently freezer safe.
