This set features three nestable rectangular ceramic baking dishes in three handy sizes. They are perfect for lasagna, casseroles, and desserts, as well as roasted meats and vegetables. Cook for a crowd in the roomy 13 by 9-inch dish, bake a one-dish family meal in the 10.5 by 7.5-inch dish, or bake a sumptuous side in the 7.5 by 6-inch dish. Then serve directly to the table in these elegant dishes.The beautiful porcelain enamel glaze prevents moisture absorption during baking, so baked goods won't dry out, and it diffuses heat gently and retains heat exceptionally well. Oven and broiler safe up to 572°F, ceramics can also be used in the microwave and are dishwasher safe. Highly scratch and impact resistant, STAUB ceramics are conveniently freezer safe.

    I love these baking dishes

    I love these baking dishes. I have a set of the 2 smaller sizes and when I saw this beautiful green color with a larger size I had to purchase. I am not sure why but I really enjoy baking with them. Staub has a sturdiness to it yet very pretty.

    one dish arrived broken

    Dishes are pretty. I bought them for a gift. The bottom dish arrived broken. Target would not exchange or refund because I tried to return them outside of their window of return. I'm giving the 2 dishes that were not broken and buying something else from somewhere else. Target is the worst. Just glad I opened the box before wrapping.

    This Is My First Staub Product. I Ordered Online And Just Received My Set Of 3 Gratin Dishes. I Haven't Used Them Yet But Will Post An Update Soon.

    Crack developed after first use

    I only used the largest dish. A crack developed on the inside of the dish after the first use. I don't know if ceramic can shatter but do not feel safe to continue using it. I have other Staub ceramic baking dishes, and this is the first time this has happened. I reported the issue to Target. This item is only eligible for refund not replacement since it is sold by a third party. I unfortunately threw away the packaging so I cannot safely mail them back. Hopefully the store will accept them.
