Fantastic sound quality and comfort. The UX is taking a bit to get used to, both physical and software. Physical, several times I've thought they were broken because I spun the volume/mixer wheel too far, and it is hard to tell when it is on. Software, even when the headphones are off, the computer thinks they are there, and doesn't default to speakers. I think it is too early to rate quality and value, they are related and will depend on the durability of the product.

Chatmix is now not built-in, but can only be used if you use Steelseries GG software. The sound is great, only if you spend a couple of hours setting up the equalizer and turning off some of GG's features. The headset sits well on the head, the new strap is great, but sometimes doesn't hold. Overall great headset, but sadly not plug-n-play as some of the previous models.

The headset itself is great in terms of build quality and comfort. Also the being able to simultaneously take calls on a phone while listening to game audio in the same headset is is very handy. The positioning of the volume and chat mix dials are improved from older versions of the headset where you can lean your head back on a headrest and the dials won't make contact with the headrest and adjust themselves. I do wish you could use the product without Sonar as you could with the older Arctis 7s as all the issues I had with the product initially were due to Sonar and required some tweaking before it worked as I wanted them to. Still very much enjoy them and my issues with Sonar were very minor.

I've used this for over a month now. No wireless connection issues, great quality, the audio is good for both music and voice chat. If you get the app and invest some time you can do cool things with the settings, but it works perfectly fine without. Only note is if you wear it for really long periods of time it can get uncomfortable (even with it's strap customisation) but that might be a feature telling you to have a break honestly.

Overall, I'm happy. They are comfy, offer really convenient volume control for both game and comms, battery life is great, sound quality is great. I have 2 issues: 1) I love sidetone on my headsets so that I can hear my key and mouse clicks. This headset offers sidetone, but at the cost of a constant buzzing feedback sound. Maybe some fiddling with input sensitivity on my end could help this, but previous sets I've used had perfect sidetone by default. 2) Sonar. It's not very user friendly, for normal folks like me at least, and the pre-made profiles... Some of them are really bad. I mostly play DotA and whoever designed the DotA sound preset has never played it I think. I tried the Valorant preset and that one was pretty good. Overall: 8/10. For the price point I am very happy and they look and feel luxurious. With better sidetone, this would be an easy 9//10.

The headset fits super well, I do appreciate how adjustable it is. The wireless works great, no issues so far. Sound has also been great with no issues while playing games and doing just regular video watching. Overall pretty happy with the headset.

I bought this one in replacement of my old one 5 years old and broken. The sound is amazing especially during explosion that produce vibrations inside le headset ( artillery in PUBG for example ) . The 3D sound is also a nice feature , helped a lot to know where come from enemies on open battlefield or close combat like in CS. I recommend this items !

I had a steel series headset previously however with working from home I wanted something that I could easily use to switch between my home working and gaming set up. The dual wireless connectivity is perfect as it allows me to switch between set ups at the flick of a switch rather than plug and unplug etc. I also bought the dual wireless connectivity keyboard and mouse off the back of it. Great product, comfortable and great battery life.
