This makes ice super quick. 6 min for small cubes and 7 min for large. I normally turn in on about an hour before dinner and we have enough for those that want it. We use this for making ice to put in the freezer for weekend trips to the ball field. Perfect for filling a cooler or taking it with us in the rv. I honestly didn't think I would use it as much as I do. Makes ice almost 3x faster then the fridge does. Only down side is you have to keep on it if making large quantities because of the size of the basket. Water supply holds about 8 cups of water which makes alot of ice. I would definitely buy this again and wish I got one sooner.

I had bought a coco sumthin icemaker and it didnt last 30days. This icemaker is so awesome. Same size as first one. Several vast differences tho. The very first thing is i got the cute as hell ice scoop(a no show with #1) second it has a visible compressor on the side. Third speed and size. This one makes cubes that is twice as fast (great flavor) and twice as thick. The candy apple red is a welcome addition to my kitchen. Everybody can use a pop of color n their lives. Finally and instruction booklet that has clear and helpful guidance, easy to read and understand. I live alone and with health probs chose to quit driving -ur welcome:wink: i drink at least a gal of water a day so being out of ice was a pain. Not no more. They also make room humidifiers u bet ivam gonna be hittin that up

I recently moved into a house where they always just used bags of ice. They would put some the freezer inside, and the big bag in the garage so it would constantly need filling. Especially with how much ice I use! It was driving me bonkers! So I decided to invest in my sanity and get an ice maker. I followed the directions, let it sit without plugging it in on the counter for 12+ hours, and zero problems! My spouse swears the smaller ice lasts longer than the bigger ice, but I disagree. It constantly maintains ice for at least 3 adults in casual use. If you are expecting this to churn out a bunch of ice for a party, I'd still get a bag of ice. Runs pretty quiet, no louder than other appliances. The cubes are flash frozen, so they don't last as long as cubes that come out of say, an ice tray but I'm fine with that. I like the design because if the cubes melt, they go right back into the water reservoir to be recycled into the next ice cube. There is a sensor to let the machine know when the ice is full. The large cubes are roughly about the same as the cubes you would get in a bag of ice but denser. They last about the same time as those cubes. The small cubes are just about a half an inch smaller, not a huge difference. My father in law is impressed by it, hes thinking about getting one for his RV!

My husband and my adult son go through so much ice that my refrigerator ice cube maker cannot keep up with them. We decided to buy this icemaker not only for them, but also to make extra ice when needed for parties. So far I’ve been using it every day for over a week now because my husband and son go through so much ice. I cannot say enough good things about this product, I have had icemakers in the past so I know a little bit about them. This icemaker is much quieter than my last one, it makes ice very fast. The size choices are large or small, I choose large, the ice seems to expand when it actually goes into the freezer for nice size cubes.

So this is the second unit I've bought. Our first one is going on 7 months of use every. single. day. Smoothies and iced coffee in the morning, iced coffee in the afternoon, caffeine on ice also in the afternoon, alcohol on ice in the evening... Yup. This device has officially helped us survive our first Texas summer. And it worked so well we are now buying them as gifts for friends!!

4 months later and it’s still running. Turns out to be a good investment. My family uses it every weekend to make ice for the week. It takes about 3-4 trays to fill a gallon ziplock bag, about an hour for a full tray. Turn it on, go do something, come back in an hour, and collect. There is some melting if you leave it too long without collecting the ice but the majority of the ice will still be in tack. It’s fun to watch it make ice. It starts slow but gets faster. Pretty convenient.

I just got mine yesterday earlier afternoon I let it sit like it says in the manual. For 24hrs. I then ran a cleaning cycle through it. I noticed that if you only fill it up to just before where it starts to dip on about a half inch below the fill line your Ice won't come out wet when you move the basket of ice to a bag for freezing it in the freezer. Also for those having trouble with the sensors in it if you take a Qtip an just put 1 end in Alcohol an gently wipe the sensors with it an then use the other end to dry them off. That will fix the problem. I use only jugs of Filtered Drinking water in mine you can get it at Wal-mart for a $1.08 a gallon. Mine has been making clear Ice since I started it an I plan on leaveing it on all the time. Only time will tell how long this machine will last hopefully a long time cause I have a small fridge an no room for Ice trays nor bags of Ice as for my drinks it keeps them nice an cold I use soda pop right out of the box an it gets cold thanks to the ice this machine makes real fast. So am really happy an will recommend this machine to any one who needs Ice but has no room for it like me.

This ice machine is perfect for our fam needs since make ice quickly... small cubes or large ones.. keep in mind is not the same size of cubes of your refrigerator... from top panel a light will turn on letting you know that the machine need water or empty the basket. Also, have a cleaning cycle. I use only water and vinegar at the bottom of the machine is a little plug that you can open and dispose the water. Is kinda bulky but we love it....

This is a Great ice maker machine! I've had it for a week. It's portable an convenient I took it for a camping trip and it got the job done! It has 2 setting for mini cubes as well. I would definitely recommend it! Going to keep this in my office for my whisky :tumbler_glass: :)

This is a great icemaker because it really makes a lot of ice. Our icemaker in our refrigerator is broken and it just doesn’t work and it makes little noises and stuff and doesn’t produce face. However this is so much better I can just keep it in a little corner I can put it away when I don’t want to see it clutter up the counter and it’s really light and really easy to use and set up. The quality is good，except the price makes way more sense. I’m so happy about this I’m so relieved that we actually have ice for guests when they come over

It's probably the easiest to use of these counter top ice makers I've ever tried. I had bought this with the intent to take it to the office, but it's not leaving my house anytime soon. Comes with a little plastic scoop for retrieving the ice.

I highly recommend this ice maker. It's very quiet, as well. It only sounds like a tiny fan running, barely noticeable at all. It does have small or large ice cube options. I made the small ones first, they are perfect for people who love to chomp on ice, then made the large ones. I can still chomp on the large ones. I've been just making large ice cubes since because they will last longer in the drinks. The small ones would be great for putting in your glass of wine.

Keep in mind this is a ice maker so yes you have to empty it but if you stay with it it will give you that 48 lb of ice in 24 hours. You have to empty it but it's easy to use and it works very very well. This is one of my first reviews here and it's because I really dig the ice maker. This to me is a very good ice maker or if you have the new refrigerators at home that had tiny ice makers then this will help you out immensely. Fill with water press a button easy to use. This Frigidaire model is great. Just makes a noise when ice is emptied. The last one we had made a little more noise but this one makes ice faster, too, and makes two sizes of ice. Another good buy! I also like the Frigidaire products. This one is also a little smaller than the other brand we had, which we like, and looks good set up on a little table. I think I got the table from Amazon, too.. Then ordered another table it is so useful. Thanks.

I bought this because my current refrigerator Ice maker stopped working. I wasn't ready to get a new refrigerator, so I bought this. It is great! Makes ice in no time at all! I put it away when I am not using it! Really nice to have. Great purchase.

Love it, use it in the camper - perfect for what we needed. Makes ice quickly and conveniently. Little/no noise noticed. A bit heavy to lift. Never had a problem with it. Not for keeping ice cold - you do need to remove the ice from the tray and place into the freezer once ready. Not a big deal to us though.

This is our first of this brand after we had few cheap brands. This machine is well built. You can make small or large cubes. It makes ice rather quick compared to the others we’ve had.
