wonderful flavor

I haven't got moldy one or sour one. It tastes delicious and got 5 bags and gone in 2 days. My kids love it too.

Sumos are the best oranges on the market.

I’m seeing lots of mixed reviews on these. I didn’t realize Target was selling them until a few days before they were out of stock. I was only able to get one bag, but they are delicious and plenty fresh. They are smaller than what we get at Whole Foods, but every bit as delicious and at a significantly less expensive price. They’re the sweetest, tastiest oranges on the market, and they peal so easily. I’ll look for them sooner next time!

Mold inside mandarin

Visible mold in first mandarin when I got home from the store. Non-moldy mandarin was good.

Gross and moldy

I used the drive up pick up on my app so I didn’t get to lay eyes on all of them but the ones I got had visible mold on them. I immediately threw them in the trash. That’s just gross

Genuine Sumo medium size Sumo oranges- - GREAT flavor, great value!

We adore adore Sumo oranges - - best citrus fruit ever! And we were paying $3.99 to $4 plus per large orange here at Publix ( monopoly grocery store/ almost zero local competition). $3.99 was their sale price. Because these oranges were such excellent quality and price, I started shopping for more fruits, veggies organic milk and general food at Target. Excellent quality for a MUCH better price.

Sumo-licious!

I really enjoy these. I’ve purchased about 3 bags in the past month. They’re fresh, sweet, and easy to peel. Such an easy treat and my skin is glowing! Price is great compared to having to be them individually at Whole Foods. Sumo-licious! Get it!!

Disappointed

Old fruit, peels were so hard that you couldn't even remove the peel to eat the fruit

Sumo szn

Love these sumos! Unfortunately the last 2 bags we bought we seem to get 1 regular orange each time in the mix of sumos…kind of odd

Rotten manderines

They are rotten. Every one of them. This is beginning to be a real issue with produce at target.

Not Authentic Sumo

The oranges are way too sour and not fresh! Not authentic sumo oranges.

Not bad...

Before buying these from Target, my only experience with Sumo oranges was with Whole Foods. I’m no fruit expert, but these don’t strike me as “worse” than my prior experience. Besides, the price is decent. At least, they’re great for snacking, if you’re filling your stomach with fruit in order to avoid “inhaling” junk food! 😂

Why does my Target not look for expired food?

Make sure you check the bag before you grab! The target by me is horrible at checking to see if their produce is still good on the floor. I absolutely love sumos, but grabbed a bag of spoiled ones. Just going to plan to grab them from Trader Joe's from now on.

Pretty good oranges, but rather expensive

Pretty good oranges, but for $6 for 4, that are quite expensive. They have thick peals, so they aren't much bigger than a normal orange. They have a slightly more tangy flavor than canned mandarin oranges, but have a soft flesh like that. The membrane is a little tougher than a regular orange though. As far as flavor, they are much better than the Up and Up brand.
