The SF-B0891 is however, a great option for a low impact workout and has 8 resistance levels with a 3.52-pound flywheel. It can also be used with your hands as well! A:Â This under desk exercise bike does not come assembled. Our products come with a user manual to help with assembly. The main frame already comes assembled. It's nice, study and quiet. The reason for one 3 stars is that I've tried this on every floor surface possible and it continually moves from its original position. I get annoyed by having to frequently stop cycling to reposition it. However, compared to other compact cycling machines I've used, this one has been one of the better ones I've had. I recommend putting it against a wall of something heavy to stabilize it.
