I've had this enforcer system for a little over 3 -4 months and let me tell you it's probably the least bit of impressive. I went with Swann devices because I've always liked there products and thought I could simply never go wrong with it. This system has had me 2nd guessing my decision. I'm probably about to sell it and buy a completely different product at this point. Which setting everything up is a lot of work, so that says a lot to not want to just keep it due to that. Honestly probably why I've kept it the longest I have. Anyways, problems with it. I've changed the setting for resolution that was to good for my TV and when it reboots the picture never appeared because of this. I've tried factory resetting it and plugging the ports in one of the open spots that I had not changed. Changing hdmi core even.No luck. The whole dvr screen doesn't even pop up where it says cameras aren't available. I don't know I'm sure if I applied more time to it I could figure it out, but I've tried 3 attempts and having to get that in-depth with trouble shooting a common issue is ridiculous. I still am able to see it on the mobile app at least. Next problem. Well first off, just to do a play back when there's not been motion detected had been a issue for me. I'm sure I just haven't figured that out fully neither, but it should not be that hard where I have to spend hours reading, searching, and failed attempts. The motion detection I have an issue with too. Doesn't get nearly half the motion it should detect. I've also adjusted sensitivity and other things like notifications for cars. Yet it still notifies me of cars constantly. Wind pushing a leaf or the clouds moving or the sun getting brighter are all other motion it stops and records. Really annoying and have had to have my notifications for the system on silent. Which defeats the purpose. Anyways, recent problem is I can't even pull it up on my mobile device. Been stating it's offline, but I've reset and secured connections to internet. Still not popping up, about to dig into it more now, but again.... Ridiculous to have to get this in-depth with trouble shooting. Overall I would not recommend this system to anyone. A lot of issues and not easy to figure out. I've had multiple Swann devices and this the first time of being completely and utterly disappointed. I have the ring bell too, which I don't even wanna get started about. It still has not been as bad of a problem as the Enforcer has been for me. The main issue with that, which is also an issue with this enforcer too. Is that my live feed takes forever to load. By the time I get it to pop up, people are already gone. My system before worked just fine and I have good internet. So it's not that. All your common answers to my problems I can tell you I have attempted. It's just exhausting and I wouldn't go to promote this product. Rather promote not purchasing this one in particular.

Bought two refurbished units, One for my business and one for the home. The unit for the home did not work upon receiving and the one for the office worked flaws. Followed the return poilcy and sent unit back and in about one week had the new unit back from swann. Great product..

Pros: I just plugged in my cameras and the pictures came up straight away.No fuss, no problems. Cons: Nothing I can think of.
