Helping my knees
Good product. I purchased it to see if it would help with the pain in my knees. My mother had two knee replacements and I thought I was on the same path. After the first batch, I did notice some improvement. After the second batch, I noticed substantial improvement! I will be ordering more...!

Will keep repurchasing!
I’m the worst at taking vitamins and even eating well for that matter. I typically have hair that has always broken off at a certain point and brittle soft nails. I take this every day in my coffee and have seen a huge difference in both my hair and nails. This is the only thing I’m doing differently and I’m so grateful that it just dissolves right in my coffee! No taste and all the benefits.

Best collagen available.
I have taken this collagen now for about 8 months. Let me say it has zero taste in coffee and cappucino and water and dissolves especially well in a warm liquid. I have a significant increase in the amount of hair on my head. My husband, only using 2 months now, is actually seeing his hair return on the bald spot on his head. No kidding. I started noticing changes at about 4 months. We will both continue to take this product. Has all the recommended ingredients.

Caused me problems unfortunately
Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. I believe it is a good product for some people, but for me, it gave me digestive issues and it constipated me. I mixed it in my liquid vitamin C drink that I drink in the morning, and I noticed the powder did not do a great job of dissolving, and would leave residue on my glass. It was even difficult to wash off the clumps of powder residue from my glass. I will be returning this product.

Surprised the Osteopathic Doctor with my labs
I've got a medical mystery and we're running all sorts of fun tests. He got me to try the Genova Metabolomix test and there were lots of deficiencies, but my amino acids were all good. I was working on writing out all my supplements and realized that most of amino acids they tested for are in this collagen powder. He said he rarely sees people not deficient in their amino acids. So I'd say this stuff works great.

Ok, so I didn't know if this collagen stuff works at all. I tried a couple of brands before I tried this Swanson one. I still couldn't tell if it was doing anything. BUT I tried another brand, which shall remain nameless, from this site, AND I see now that this Swanson brand had actually been working well for me. After a month of trying the new one I got from this site, I noticed my skin is dry, old-looking, and crepe-y. I'm going back to using this one on a regular basis. Oh BTW, 2 scoops works better.

It Works!
Some time ago now I tried Swanson's Hydrolysate Powder. I am an older guy who fights the blotchy complexion of being a senior citizen. So I figured this stuff, being very reasonably priced and ingredient rich, was worth a try. I have been re-ordering since on a regular basis! To make a long story short this stuff really works well for what I wanted it to do for me! It is no placebo effect, or psychosomatic nonsense here, it just makes my complexion look MUCH better. If that's important to you, as it was to me? Buy it, give it a day or two, and see the difference. By the way, when you don't use it? You will also see the difference. Note: Don't buy it for the protein content since it is minimal. I have no idea why this stuff works, but it does and others don't. I work out on a regular basis and take a heavy duty protein supplement. It does not, has not, ever done what this stuff does. Unless I am unusual? It will work for you also.

Hard to get past the taste….
Haven't taken it enough to tell if there is a difference in my joints. I am having a hard time with the taste of it. Since I only drink coffee in the morning, black, no sugar, I am afraid of ruining that perfect cup with this flavor. I think of hoofs and antlers ground up…UGH! Water the rest of the day and this ruins that too. Haven't tried it in a glass of wine though…
