Q: Is it crunchy or soft-baked? Thanks!
A: this depends on your preference. I prefer a soft, fudgy chewy cookie so I bake these for about 10-12 minutes, if you leave them in an additional few minutes they will get crunchy and a bit hard.

Q: Why do you put palm oil in your products? Very bad for your heart.

Q: Could I use the raw dough in my ninja creami ice cream? I wasn’t sure if the Dough could be eaten raw
A: We get it...cookie dough is so tempting straight from the pack! 🍪✨ While our dough is made with heat-treated gluten free flour and contains no eggs (and is certified vegan!), we recommend baking it before enjoying to ensure the best and safest experience. Q: What would be the best way to cook at high elevation?
A: For high elevation baking, we recommend increasing the oven temperature by 15-25°F (about 10-15°C), but shorten the baking time to avoid overbaking.
