I received this product for free so I could provide my honest review I’m not normally a fan of coconut or lemon and was provided with this flavor- it actually was pretty good! I pump once a day after the baby’s morning feed. The first day I tried these, she ate longer than normal, and I still produced my normal amount for the post feed pump. So I don’t know that it increased my supply by a lot but it clearly helped a bit there - the texture might not be for everyone

Sweetie pie organics sent me this product to try and I wa pleasantly surprised. I’m not a big “lemon” person but I loveee coconut ! So it was a pretty good mix. It’s a soft chewy bar that I actually prefer when the cooled in the fridge. I did notice a slight increase of milk during my next pump session so I’d say it’s a good snack for pumping/breast feeding moms especially when it’s impossible to get a meal in!

These snacks are delicious. I didn't notice a difference after the first one, but after making it a point to have one each morning several days in a row I can see a difference. I exclusively breastfeed so I don't have pump output numbers, but I can tell you I was engorged for the first time in quite a while.

Sweetie Pie Organics gave me this product to try and I love it. It was the perfect size and right amount of sweetness. They were moist unlike a lot of other companies lactation snacks that tend to be dry and crumbly. I already recommended these to my mom friends!

I was given these to try. They’re individually packaged for convenience. They’re yummy little lemon coconut squares. Helped me get the calories to produce milk.

I was given these to try and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed them! I do not love the taste or texture of dates but I tolerate it so I was worried with these bars. However I really enjoyed these they are very well made and don’t have a weird texture of after taste. The coconut is mild and the lemon flavor is not over powering. I would definitely buy these to have again.

I was sent this product a few weeks ago to review and I will give my complete honest opinion. To list the positives I’d say if you’re more of a clean simple ingredient person this snack would be perfect, may I recommend a different flavor however. I don’t personally believe that any additives in traditional lactation cookies are genuinely harmful it’s ok to eat sugar! And GMO isn’t scary quite letting that off put you. Now to the TRUTH, this was quite literally the most unpleasant tasting snack I’ve ever had. I’m very sorry to say that and I’m not sure I can list what exactly did it, was it the lemons? The dates? All of the above! I also don’t know if I believe in the gimmicky lactation increase claims, another way to rip off mothers struggling to be all they can be. They are awful and taste awful and look equal to your babies poo in their diaper.

I was given this product a few weeks back for free and I am so blessed that I was. The packaging is great because the bars are individually packaged on the inside of the bag so no fear of them going stale after opening. They don’t look the greatest but the taste is amazing more lemon than coconut. They also were quick to up the supply of my milk.

Sweetie Pie Organic’s gave me this product to try and While I felt like it possibly helped my supply, it also gave me horrendous gas; to the point of crying from stomach pain. If this was not the case, I would enjoy these daily.

I was very impressed with this product/flavor. I didn’t expect to like the flavor but, did and think it helped alot with my supply.

Love that these are organic, the chocolate is amazing! Helped boost my supply.
