A: Thank you for asking about which refills you can use with the 6 Foot Super Extending Duster. You can use any Swiffer Dusters with it. Our Heavy Duty 360 degree Dusters are great for cleaning high and low, tight spaces and open ones. You can use either side of the Duster to clean. If you have areas that you need specific placement to get clean, our one-sided regular Dusters would be great.

Q: I have the heavy duty super extendable duster. How do I lock it in place?

A: We're happy to answer any questions about our Swiffer Dusters, LJ. There are two pieces, a yellow handle and a lower white pole. Line up the notch on the white pole with the hole in the yellow handle. Push the pieces together firmly until they click into place (you'll hear the click). If you pull the handle and it extends, you've assembled it correctly. Shake the duster cloth vigorously to fluff the fibers. Pulling at the fibers may help. Find the two sleeves on the back of the duster cloth and insert the prongs on the handle into the sleeves and pull the duster cloth on until it is secured into place. The sleeves are open on both ends so either end will fit on the handle. We hope this was helpful, but please give us a call at (800) 214-8734 if you have any other questions.

Works great, but still needs to be larger!
I went on an end-of-summer cleaning and dusting spree. I grabbed this kit and, for the most part, it's great. I have one problem, though. Every time I put a new duster on, the points of the mounting head poke through in random spots, making the installation of the Swiffer Duster refills easier. Once you get them on, this works great! I do wish the dusters were denser and fluffier to hold more. I have two large dogs, and when it rains, and they come in muddy, it's an easy cleanup. However, when they bring dust in from the dried dirt, it gets into and onto everything! I went through all four dusters, cleaning the ceiling fan and wooden window blinds! It would be nice if the handle's head folded over to clean the fan blades more easily.

i am highly disappointed in this product. the handle does not have any locking mechanism to keep it extended so you have to keep pulling it back out, and the locking mechanism does not stay locked either. pretty much a useless product.

Better than the reusable dusters
It’s ok. The extender is very flimsy so if you need to put pressure on it to fully clean a high surface, like a fan, it will not get the job done well. The duster itself is in line with the rest of the swiffer line. It is easy to store, which is a bonus.

THis is totally useless.....6 ft handle doesn't lock. Bought it to dust my walls close to the ceiling, but the plastic keeps scratching my walls. Just awful!!!

This is must for everyday cleaning hard to reach places. Dirt sticks to it and with the extender it goes really far to reach places. Not only this the stick also bends giving it an angle. Love this product.

Don't buy.
Handle extends but will not stay extended. Collapses immediately when you begin holding it against something you want to clean. Because of this, this product it a absolutely worthless. A complete waste of time and money.

Not Improved - Made Useless
I have been using Swiffer duster 360s for YEARS and have absolutely LOVED this product. It was perfect (stress on WAS). For unfathomable reasons, they have changed the product. It now has these weird little dots all over the duster and has become COMPLETELY USELESS. It no longer picks up dust - only scatters it around like an old fashioned feather duster. P

I might have given this product 5 stars if it wasn't constantly 'collapsing'! This should have a way to lock it in place. I am not the first to mention this...Is anyone there paying attention to your customers?

My Favorite Duster: tall, lightweight, and flexibl
Every angle of these dusters cleans - they are 360 degrees. When you dust behind a cabinet, or an appliance, you dust both the item and the wall. The maximum height is tallest I have seen for a duster. These can reach the top of my tray ceiling.

Functionality is great
duster is helpful for someone who is short and can’t reach many places. The dust also doesn’t shed but actually sticks and doesn’t make a mess. It’s helpful when grabbing pet hair too as someone who has dogs that shed a LOT
