A:Â It does vary, as it depends on how much dust, dirt, and allergens the Dusters are picking up when you're using them. We suggest disposing of the duster cloth and using a fresh one once it's full and can no longer pick up any more dust.

Q: Does the dust get into the air and spread? Can I dampen the duster with water so that dust will not spread? My ceiling fan is over my bed and I don't want the dust to fall onto my bed.

Q: How much clearance does it need to dust under something? I have a few spots that the regular swiffer cannot get under. The regular duster does but it’s not long enough so I was hoping this might work but I can’t tell if it’s too big or not.

A:Â Hi Renzy. That's a great question. We've never tested the Swiffer Dusters on the exterior of a car, so we can't recommend it's use in that manner. But if you'd like to try it we recommend you use it on cooled surfaces. Rough surfaces could cause the cloth to tear. Do not use on hot or cold surfaces or on anti-glare coating. This extendable swiffer duster used to be awesome. I would last me at least a year without breaking. I have bought 4 in the past 2 months!!! That have all broken within 2 weeks of use in the exact same spot!!! I have to duct tape it together just to get through my day. I clean for a living and use your products as well as recommend them. I will now be looking for other products to use as yours have turned into junk. A 15.00 duster should not break within 2 weeks, 4 times in a row! Very disappointed in the decline of your product.

I really didn't like the fact that you could shake the dust off of the Duster, it was very flimsy, and it would become quite costly for me to keep replacing the duster head.

The replaceable fluffy dusters do not stay on the wand at all. They just fly right off every time I move the wand. Is this a joke, how are people actually cleaning with this thing?

This thing is not all it's cracked up to be. It only half does what it says. I can see dust flying around everywhere instead of it trapping all the dust as it claims too. I'm seriously not impressed at all. The handle keeps coming back instead of staying out when im trying to dust my ceiling.
