SWTROOM Pilates Bar with Foot Loop and Exercise Resistance Band

Needed something for those days I was working out at home but still wanted a fierce resistance workout. Tried it today and it was just what I was looking for. So versatile!! I can incorporate it into my strength training routine or do a Pilates workout. Either way, so worth the money, very well made and easy to use and put together. Will definitely recommend this product!

Love the different resistance bands. Now I just gotta get motivated. But excellent addition to working out.

This thing is great! Feels durable! There are even more exercises you can do than just on the paper it comes with too. Breaks down easily, resistance bands make big differences!

This is very easy to use anywhere you go, and is so lightweight. Can't believe how easy it is to use and you actually see and feel results.

Awesome, I ordered one for home and one for travel wish the bands were shorter because when I squat they aren't tight and I have it set to the shortest setting. I love that I can use all 3 bands together for resistance.

This has quickly become my favorite piece of workout equipment! It's very lightweight, but durable, and travels well. There are SO many exercises you can do with this, and with a minimum of fuss.

Foam was torn but probably not worth returning it. I wish they had replacement parts, such as the foam and additional bands.

I've been shopping for a Pilates bar and came across a lot of different options, and found this had the best reviews. It's great! Comes with a small poster with clear instructions on how to do the exercises. Different resistance bands that I'm able to store in a storage bag that everything came in. I recommend doing the exercises while watching tv. You get a great workout in and can watch a movie.
