cakey, creasy, pore accentuating
Does not work for me as it doesn't blend, it just cakes up. It also kind of "sits" inside pores rather than blurring pores. I've been blending a tiny bit of it with a face tint just too use it up because it's too expensive to throw away. Wish I had returned it a while ago.

Bring back the old formula
I miss the old formula. That 12 hour one was my go to. This one feels heavy and sticky. Bring back the old formula please or the Rainforest of the Sea Serum!

Please bring back the fragrance-free formula!!
I hate the new formula! I used the original formula of this foundation for over 10 years and now they have changed the formula, which used to be perfect, to a new one that smells strongly of cheap cologne, is thinner and doesn't cover as well. I'm highly allergic to artificial fragrances, so now I'm force to leave Tarte and to go find a new foundation. Also, the price sky skyrocketed! I was a loyal Tarte customer that purchased a lot of their products, but between the formulation changes and the price increases, I'm not anymore.

Best Foundation, Lacking Formulation
The best foundation for my face! But have noticed in a recent batch that it is oxidizing within 15 minutes out of tube. I’ll continue to buy because my skin loves it and the coverage is almost as good as the prior formulation.

Covers everything
I loved how extremely full coverage this foundation is. I didn't love how heavy and thick it felt. It was also a little tricky to apply/blend, but it dried down to a nice finish that wore pretty well for a few hours.

After using so many of the new foundations coming out, I always come back to this one. My main concern would be the exaggerated look of pores, so I'm always trying to maintain a smooth look. This foundation instantly makes face look bright, smooth and put together. I use it daily for work and I don't have to worry about it throughout the day, it looks the same until I get home, it wears very well. The color match is spot on, (Medium Beige). I recently took some candid pictures outside and inside for a family get together and I couldn't believe how good my face looked! I would say this is definitely my favorite foundation.

I have purchased this product several times. I love the color and coverage, however, this particular tube had an odor. Not an offensive odor but an odor associated with perhaps a lotion. I did not care for it and being on my face close to my nose just won’t work for me so I have elected to return it.
