tarte Travel-Size Shape Tape Concealer - 0.033 fl oz - Ulta Beauty

This is my first time trying the shape tape concealer and I'm still on the fence about it. It is a lot on the applicator, way too much for what I need under the eye area. So I end up scraping most of the product off before applying. Other than that - its a great color for my complexion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This concealer has a great color selection, and it apply nicely. It covers my facial redness and dark spots. Pimples are a little hard to conceal. My under eye bags are lighter but still peak through. This may be because I wear an oil absorbing moisturizer as my primer and/or that I used to much setting powder, but the makeup began to flake off my face after a day of work. Other times, when I where it for shorter times or don't set it, it has been fine. I REALLY wish Tarte would specify if there products are hypoallergenic and/or noncomodegenic. I don't want to break out or irritate my eyes, so I only wear these products on occasion and as spot correction. I'm hesitant to make it a daily thing or buy products when I don't know this information.

I ran two cosmetic bags because the top of this concealer tube leaks! Company couldn't care less.

I really want to love it and I did for the first couple days but it got super clumpy very quickly.

I have tried so money concealers but this is the best one ever!

I have to say, I can get picky regarding the quality of makeup. I'm constantly worried about looking cakey and/or my under-eye cracking. This concealer is the bomb.com!! I purchased the mini size prior to this one just to try it out and was immediately invested! It gives full coverage, doesn't crack or appear patchy, and lasts forever! The shade was a little hard to match but overall I've been very pleased with the effort put into this formula! Treat yourself!
