I tried three different Tates cookies- the lemon, walnut chocolate chip and the mint chocolate chip. All were hard as a rock and way too sugary, like rock candy. Not worth the price and not worth the gum pain, very unpleasant experience.

I bought these because my favorite thing, crispy, buttery lemon cookie is no longer available. These are not as thin, artificially lemony, and not buttery at all. I Ho early don’t see what all the fuss is about.

Tate’s Bake Shop has the best cookies I’ve ever tasted hands down. There is no competition. These lemon cookies are the best lemon cookies you’ll ever eat, with the perfect crispiness and flavor in each bite. I used to always consider myself a soft/chewy cookie kind of gal, but honestly no cookies compare to Tate’s crispy cookies. You must try their chocolate chip and honestly all of their flavors, you will not regret it!!! The one thing I will say is to to put the cookies in a ziplock after opening the package cause they do tend to get stale quickly after opening but a ziplock will keep them fresh for way longer! I wish they came with more cookies since they’re kinda expensive but when you taste them you realize why they are higher in price. Always will be worth it.
