  • A: Yes it has a sound but is very faint. Also there is no on/off switch so the battery is always being used unless you remove it. I would not recommend this timer.

    Timer to Time

    i purchased this for my kid to time herself while she does multiplication and division. she is 9, it is easy to use for her. when she is done she places it on the fridge so that she knows where it is at. the magnet features are strong enough to hold on the fridge.

    Cute little timer

    I am using this timer for the sauna. There isn’t a clock in the one I use at the gym. And I don’t want to ruin my watch or my phone. And so far it works. It’s easy to use. And I will see how long it lasts in 190°F for 15 mins.

    The timer itself works fine but the alarm at the end of the timer is just plain worthless. You can barely hear it even when you hold it right next to your ear. So unless your looking directly at the countdown, this timer is definately not worth your money.

    I have had this for a few days and like it so far! I do wish that there was an on/off switch. Some of the reviews complain about it being quiet; I feel it’s not necessarily quiet, but it can appear quiet if you have the vacuum running or the shower on waiting to listen for the timer.     Easy to use but does not turn off. I have only had it for a few days so hoping the amount of battery it takes to stay on is minimal and lasts a long time. If the battery dies soon, I will return it. It was cheap, and cheap is cheap for a reason.

    I've been using this timer for ages now, perfectly easy to use, you could throw it around and it would be fine. Would absolutely reccomend for any not exactly super precise timing things in general because of the lack of a millisecond based timer.
