Tazo Tea

For some reason, the decaf gingerbread chai mix is getting combined with the iced passion mix in these reviews. This is for the gingerbread mix, which tastes disgusting. Kind of like a gingerbread cookie without any sugar, and with a sour aftertaste. I don't even normally like sweet drinks, but this one is a skip for me. I only got it because I wanted a festive holiday drink without caffeine that I could have in the evenings.

Was excited to try this but will probably just throw it out. I don’t think the main flavor is bad, but it’s got a weird sour flavor towards the end. Probably from the citric acid. But it just makes it taste off and kept making my milk curdle. I thought it was the milk but tried a new gallon and had the same issue.

The gingerbread chai latte you can now buy at Starbucks is pretty good but this decaf mix is just awful. I threw it away.

It smelled like chai tea. However, it tasted really weird. There were also black chunks in the container.

The flavor is decent, could be stronger though.

This is awful - don't buy it. I bought two and I am returning the one I didn't open - it's that gross

Since all the flavors are lumped together I gave it a 3. I love the regular chai, the matcha I've tried was good, but this gingerbread chai is terrible! So bitter! I didn't know if the black tea is too strong or too much ginger, but it's not good. Going to add more milk and sweetener and see if it can be salvaged.

This smells and tastes like baked beans. It’s gross. I’m trying to get through a cup right now. Trying not to be wasteful but I’m struggling.

Honestly I didn't like this at all- it wasn't very sweet and it's kind of thick and has a texture I don't like. The flavors are not that great either- I really like the regular Chai Latte and thought this would be a ln even better holiday version but I was disappointed.

Booooo! The honey dew and melon with tropical fruit flavor ruined it for me. I personally don't enjoy fruity flavors with matcha green tea. I was looking for a matcha green tea latte flavor without any extra company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For medical reasons I had to cut out caffeine and it’s been so hard to find any good caffeine-free coffee like drinks. The Tazo Decaf chai latte is by far been the best non caffeine beverage I’ve found. I’ve been missing my morning lattes but now am so thankful to have found this as an alternative

Absolutely the Best Decaf Chai Tea Latte I have found. I used it for making iced lattes. It mixes well with regular, oat, almond and coconut milk. And then topped it with Market Pantry Cold Foam and cinnamon, so Yummy.

Item seal already broken

the seal was broken. I forget to check the top before purchasing and when I got home and went to pour myself a cup I saw that the seal was popped open in the store.

Usually, I like a lot of the Tazo mixes, both the regular ones and the seasonal ones, which is why I gave 3 stars. However, I bought the gingerbread one and it is terrible! 🤮 I love gingerbread-flavored anything, but like another reviewer said, this tastes like dirt! Whoever was on the taste-testing and Quality Assurance teams in the factories for the gingerbread Tazo needs to be re-evaluated. When I followed the instructions to do half Tazo and half milk, it was so awful that I literally had to milk it down to the point where it was now just flavored milk. So, the next day, I tried drinking it cold with a ratio of 3/4 milk and maybe less than 1/4 cup Tazo, and it was still disgusting! 😓 Heated it up to try it hot, and there was no change. Absolutely horrendous! A sliver of me hoped maybe my taste buds are wacky right now, so I had my husband try it -- he said it tasted terrible, too. I didn't want this going to waste, so then I tried to add maybe a spoonful of it into regular coffee with creamer, but even that still made the coffee taste a little questionable. I'm going to try a few other variations to use with this, but at this rate, I'm close to just calling it a loss and throwing it out.

Overwhelmingly tastes like Hibiscus. Would have never guessed it was peach mango if I didn’t see the box.

I really wanted to like this but it was so bad I needed to spit it out. I’ve had a dirty chai a few times before and was thinking I could make one with this. It was soo spicy and kind of tasted like dirt. It was a bit gritty. I even added tried adding a bunch of milk. Maybe if I added a tiny bit to a cup of real coffee it would have worked but I dumped it so I can’t try that out.

Not a fan of the taste of this product and I would generally love this flavor combo. I felt the price was right and the quality seemed fine.

Honestly just tastes like strawberry milk. Not enough Matcha.
