Causes very bad hair loss. I’m missing a whole chunk in one place and it’s thinning in others. I’ve never had this issue with any shampoo and it only started when I used this one and then I did some research and learned they had a class action.

Best for itchy scalp and dry hair
The duo- shampoo and conditioner, is actually really nice. The shampoo is soft and silky and makes my scalp actually feel moisturized. Now with the conditioner- it’s very velvet like, you might think you’re not rinsing it out good enough, but that’s just how it feels. I’d say give this a try if you struggle with itchy scalp and dry hair!

I should have listen to other site reviews on this product but figured I would give it a try given the reputation of the brand. This product has has created severe hair loss, even after one of wash (this echos reviews I had read). I thought maybe it was just a one time wash so I tried a few more times- hair would come out in clumps! My shower even clogged after one hair wash.. it was that much hair. Keep your hair safe and do not get this product.

I love this brand and this collection. I have bought and re bought this item a few times through out the years. I love when I use it and it has a refreshing cooling feeling and gets rid of dead skin. It smells amazing and I can smell it and still have the cooling feeling when I get out of the shower. Only complaint is that it sometimes makes my hair dry. But this is a great shampoo and collection from this brand.

Sooo refreshing
I purchased this shampoo due to reading reviews on scalp care. It makes my scalp feel amazing and tingly like it is really getting clean. It smells amazing too and leaves my hair feeling so soft.
