Ever hear of too good to be true? Empty box was sent and it’s been a huge hassle to try and get my money back. $120 bucks for air. Hard to return something to the store that you don’t receive.

Great pricing. Quiet, Light in weight & easy to handle Roomba.

Received package and it was a used item. They didn't even bother to take off the address label from the original purchase. Product box looked like it had been dragged through a dirt pile. Completely grossed out and disappointed. Returning immediately!

I see why this device is in scale. For the first month it was working fine after that the mopping mode no longer works. It has no mode to vacuum in a sequence etc… it SUCK’S

Listen, no one buys a knock off robot vacuum and expects results like you would get with a Roomba or iRobot. With that being said, the mop head attachment and water reservoir do not go for the full 90 minute clean. We are lucky to get 60 minutes. The pick up suction isn’t bad, not great, but does an okay job with dog hair-so hey! The vacuum reminds me much of a drunk toddler (yes I know toddlers don’t drink-but it not only stumbles around, it bounces off of everything like my 2 year old-don’t even get me started when it comes upon a door stopper that is spring loaded)-getting stuck in places it can’t fit, super erratic, non-sensible and more. While I understand it takes a while for the unit to learn your space or home, my laundry room and bathroom hallway are immaculate while my living room and kitchen (the real reason I bought this) haven’t been touched. Literally while writing this review, I got a notification that the unit was stuck-not just kind of stuck, but wedged under my couch so much so that it was under a support brace and the whole couch had to be lifted up to retrieve it. I still can’t even figure out how the dang thing made it under the couch! Overall, I wouldn’t spend more than $100 on this unit and I’m glad I got it on the Target Saver Days. Still trying to figure out if I’m going to keep it or not.

Followed the instructions, just using vacuum it just spins in circles and shuts off smh the container that holds the mess is so small its useless

I’m returning it. It worked great 2-3 times. after that I got a red flashing light every time I tried to run it. Can’t contact anyone. The app offer no assistance. It just tells you to reset. Sad and disappointing

I loved how it works, aesthetically it is very pretty and fulfills all its functions, I personally use it on the carpet and it does an excellent job

This robot vacuum is simply Amazing! Less noise(Quiet). It is easy to put together, easy to use, sooo easy to clean. Monitoring of battery life; picks up pet hair easily. it MOPS too & working well. The mopping option is a life saver, it has several levels also. The price is unbeatable. I am so impressed with this vacuum; it is definitely a keeper & recommend my frieds to try Vacuum.
