No Hip Support
If you are a side sleeper and are over 200lbs I weigh 220 lbs dont buy because it feels good at first but as soon as it molds to your body in a hour or so you can reach under your hip and are basically sleeping on the mattress no change in hip pain I suggest a 4" topper for side sleepers which they do not sell. I had high hopes but it is a dissapointment

Great topper but with having to buy this product should tell you everything about what I think of my tempur-pedic bed.The bed is way to hard and we bout the softest one available.Spent way to much money on the bed I guess.

Terrible quality, defective and company refuses to refund
The product is poor quality and was defective, never inflated into desired shape. I contacted Tempur-pedic and requested refund under their warranty program. After providing all requested info and photos, Tempur-pedic acknowledged defects and that the warranty claim has been approved, but in the end they refused to issue refund. Their message was "We're unable to issue a refund for this product, as all purchases are final." Unbelievable! I wish I could include photos so you could see for yourself.

Terrible sleep on the topper
We purchased this product for our queen and king beds about 60 days ago and it has already created a huge crater in the middle. It sinks you in and doesn’t provide the structural support needed for a good sleep. Too soft and not effective. I regret buying this and now I have to figure out how I’m going to get rid of them. Not a good situation.

Comfortable quality is excellent
The best topper. I was hesitant for awhile making the purchase. The delivery was fast pkg. Was perfect, easy to put on. Cover is really nice. Fit my mattress perfectly. Very pleased and diffently recommend. Very comfortable.

Buy the better topper hope for the best. 2 inch egg carton foam rubber is not sufficient for comfort Fold a sleeping bag under and it I'd just as good. I thought I could upgrade for better topper then found out no returns ! My friend had had a thick topper which was to much, I believed 2 inch would be good but just buy the better one and keep a shipping pad or sleeping bag to go under if not enough Ihavr tempur mattress and the cloud had barely and affect O am 6foot man and wish I had bought the better product. Good Luck they tried, OK for children I would guess.

Amazing
I was a little nervous about this from the other reviews saying 3in was too soft so I went for the 2inch version. This is perfection and makes a genuinely unseeable rock hard bed comfy cozy. I think the 3in would be even better, but 2in does just fine.

Underwhelming. Spend the Extra for the Tempur Adapt
The product arrived compacted and rolled in a bag that was not sealed from the top. We let it unravel on a tarp on the floor for 72 hours. The product did not fully expand. There was a major folds that could not be worked out. The edges were smashed and wrinkly and less than half an inch in many places. The width of the mattress was less than 45" for a queen size mattress. We bought a Tempur Adapt to replace it and are very happy with that topper. It fully expanded in seconds, came fully sealed in a bag, was already in the liner, and was consistently 3" thick

King 2" topper
Haven't slept on it yet. Did lay on it for a bit. Felt pretty comfy. Didn't take long to arrive. I do have a concern. As advertised and pictured, looked to have a full zippered wrap for it. I was sent a fitted sheet to cover it. Do not like that at all. Having to use two fitted sheets, not easy. Got a cheap feeling about it. If you have a zippered cover for this 2" king topper, I'd love to trade out for. Looking forward to a great night's rest. More later. Sure hope Temperpedic rep reads these. Look to trade out. Sent email too, and haven't heard back yet. Not even acknowledging to get back to me. More later.

Just a basic topper
I expected this to be premium, but it was just like any other mattress topper. We seem to fall into the middle of the bed, which was uncomfortable. When I contacted support about returning it, you can’t return these products.

It's the bomb!
Had a bed that was a little too firm and was tossing and turning at night. Ordered this topper and have been sleeping like a baby ever since! We also have 3 Tempurpedic beds and 6 Tempurpedic pillows. We will never buy anything different! Tempurpedic is worth the price.

Best Sleeping Purchase I've Made
I have had this topper since the first of June 2023. My hips would usually hurt after being in bed for a while. However, after buying this topper my hips have very seldom hurt. I would highly recommend this topper. Every once in a while, I do get warm but it's not anything too bad and I wouldn't trade my topper just because of the little bit that I get warm.

Just What I Needed
I have Fibromyalgia; I'm a 62 year old woman with a small frame. During my latest flare it was nigh impossible to sleep on my 20 year old mattress. I was looking for a down-filled type mattress topper, but came across this Tempur-Cloud Topper. It looked good so I decided to give it a shot. I'm getting better sleep now than I have in quite some time. My hips sink into the soft topper, while my back is supported. If I were to choose again, I think I'd go with the one with the cooling advantage, but this topper has lived up to all my expectations. It was easy to put on my bed, and the cover holds it in place nicely. Definitely a great buy!

The cloud no cooling?
I wished I could afford the mattress. I feel that with the 2” mattress topper is not enough. I have thought about purchasing another to put on the original. But I don’t know if there would be sliding issues with the pair. I’m over 60 and side sleeper so my shoulder tends to roll forward into my cheek. That being said it would be nice if they made it in a 3” or even 4”. Their mattress brand luxe soft, Is the ultimate. And they don’t make mattress toppers from that series.

Its worth the money
Ive tried a cheaper topper and it was crap compared to this, beside the fact that it smelled like a petro chemical plant. The set up Im using now with a firm mattress and this topper is perfect. The quality of this one compared to the smelly one is undeniable. Highly recommend.
