Review is ONLY for how Target shipped it
This was shipped just in a plastic bag, no packaging support whatsoever. Bag was delivered ripped up and not surprisingly, corners of this hardcover book were banged up and cover was marked up and ripped. Terrible, returning.

It was okay
So glad I got this book on discount and didn't pay full price. I had this book on my TBR and it was finally picked for book club! I had high hopes for this book but the ending was kind of a let down and there were so many characters I got confused with who was who at times and the back and forth time line also got confusing and I had to reread to figure which timeline I was in. The writing was good and there was a lot of drama which kept the book interesting and was fast paced.

Not Content Related. Damaged through Delivery
I haven’t read the book yet, but from everyone who knows the books I like have raved I would love this one. However, this was ordered on delivery through Target because it wasn’t in stock in the store and unfortunately it was damaged in the back.

Meh
Not sure why this book is this highly rated. It’s poorly written and very unrealistic. 2 stars as the book is a fast read.

Good story, but major slow burn
This was a good story, I didn't hate it-but didn't love it. I can see why so many people would love it, but it was too much of a slow burn for me. There are a lot of characters & a lot of alternating timelines flipping almost every chapter. So all in all, it was a good story. I definitely wouldn't call it a thriller at all, more of a Clue style suspense or even just literary fiction. I was expecting a lot more by the time I reached the end, especially after almost 500 pages.
