I used the B12 Awake patches for my first few days back to work after a vacation. No jitters or anything like drinking caffeine, but I didn’t need to nap at lunch!

Gentle boost for days that start slowly
My day starts early, and when I am dragging these patches provide a gentle boost. While it doesn’t replace my morning cuppa, I’ve noticed a don’t crave a second (or third) cup of coffee on days I “patch up” which is reassuring that I’m benefitting from wearing one. There’s no noticeable crash either!

Kept me going all day
As a 50-year-old mom, 2 young kids at 7 and 10, I've been tired a lot lately, and this patch was just the boost of B12 that I needed to help get me out of a slump. I've been using these patches after a season with a free sample and I've just been really impressed that they could do everything they advertised, the energy and just increased overall good feeling, and it carried off throughout the day, there wasn't the slumps and Downfalls that I used to have throughout the day with kathleen , it was just a consistent feeling of having a little bit more energy , not crazy , just a little bit more energy that kept me going all day long and helped me get everything I needed to done , made me feel a lot more like I used to feel when I was younger.

Awesome product
As a healthcare worker with a relentless schedule, I absolutely love these patches. They gently give energy without jitters for 12 hours then gently wear off. I'm alert, feel rested even when I'm not, and allow me to move in a fast paced environment on days I need a little extra boost. I love these so much I've got a subscription at this point! I've given them to coworkers and friends, and they always ask me where they can find them. These are easily the best patches I've ever found and I love them all so far! Good Patch for a better life!!
