AVOID!
Avoid at all cost! Caused me to have a massive infection and be miserable. Please stick to the products you know work for you, I would hate to see another mother in the same situation as me because they used this product.

I have four brands of nipple balm, including a prescription-only kind, and this is my favorite. It's so effective at calming painful nips. Eventually, the oil started separating and seeping out before the balm, but this was resolved by storing the tube upside down. Still the best option out of all the kinds I've tried.

Do not use
For my 3rd baby, I thought this would be a great option as it seems more natural than other brands. It caused me to get a serious infection and an abscess. As soon as I switched to the standard cream, I had no more issues. Avoid at all costs.

Soothing and easy on the nips
Got this as a gift from a friend and LOVE it. Really moisturizing, and easier to apply than lanolin because it’s more fluid-like, so a bit easier on the nipples as well (the creaminess doesn’t tug as much on the nipples when applying). Would definitely recommend

I’m a first time mom. I’m trying to get some relief on my nips. My newborn does latch on correctly. So my nipples are sore. I’ve tried other Honest products; which are amazing. Sadly this one is disappointing. I get no relief; just fresh banana scented nipples. Yeah I know that sounds funny. The balm is supposed to be unscented. However it smells like actual bananas; not your artificial kind.

No gross smell!
No gross smell like other brands of organic nipple cream! I love to use this on my lips as well, and it doesn't taste bad at all. It just smells/tastes like canola oil. Be sure to knead the tube before using it, becuase it separates when it sits. I like to stand it up on its lid, instead of laying it flat and that also helps to not get just the oil.

Finally, relief!
I have 5 children, all who have been breastfeed. My first nursed for 22 months, the next 18 months, then 15 months and 14 months. Now that my youngest is 10 months old, my body doesn't handle the teething stage as well as it used to and the comfort eating gets so bad that I will be in pain all day. I have tried pumping to give them a break and used lanolin, but it all comes back to the same result. I am just trying to hold out til the 12 month mark with this one. I just got this stuff in my last diaper subscription box as an add-on and I absolutely love it. It immediately calms the pain and makes feeding so much better!
