I like that it doesn't have a smell and it doesn't irritate my scalp. However, I do notice that I get a lot more hairs falling out when I rinse this out compared to other shampoos I have. It hasn't given me a bald spot or anything, but I still don't love that. I think I will stick to my CeraVe baby shampoo/body wash for now, even though this one is better at cutting through grease.

Have been a customer of Honest for 11+ years now, when they first started. Even purchased their baby crib and dresser 11 years ago for my first born and survived 2 children and 11 years and now my friend is using it for her baby. Great condition. Have been using their baby products since. The entire family uses the body wash and the kids use it as shampoo and body wash. My kids only used their diapers and the healing balm I use for EVERYTHING!

Honest hair and body shampoo is a great product. Efficient for cleansing the entire body. Mild enough for face and lady parts. A perfect all around cleanser. However, I thought the cardboard refill size would be a fantastic replacement for plastic bottles. It is not. When I broke it down for recycling, I realized there was a plastic liner inside the container. Couldn’t not remove the plastic liner, therefore could not recycle any of the cardboard container. Had to toss it in the trash. I was so disappointed. Please consider using a recyclable pouch for this refill size.

I like the clean ingredients however this dries out my hair and also weighs it down at the same time. The conditioner works for me in combination with a different brand shampoo. The packaging also seems wasteful and you can’t get the refills in most of the scents/unscented.

I really like the detangling spray but the shampoo is horrible. It leaves a residue and your scalp will start to flake up. What is it with baby shampoos that's causing horrible balding and flakes. These are BABIES!!! They should not have to go through this nonsense. So now adults can't even run to baby products because it's basically the worse? Oh y'all have to do better.

The best baby product, but I have had many issues with the packaging. Once again I purchased a bottle and it's leaking. Take it back to wallmart and get another that leakes . Very annoying. I know this product is amazing. I'm not getting a full bottle though. Plus my groceries were covered in lavender soap.

I really love this soap! My family has been using it for a few years now and it is our go to. I recommend it to friends. It is really convenient to have it on auto-ship. I love that it is refillable and that we can cut down on plastic waste! I only wish the fragrance free one came in a refill size.

First of all, we don’t use this as a shampoo for our son; however, he has a very finicky eczema and it’s a phenomenal body wash. He can’t use heavy moisturizing products and creams, but his skin still needs hydration. This doesn’t dry or strip his skin, but still leaves him smelling clean and doesn’t burn or irritate his skin (can’t be said of some of the eczema specific products out there).

Used this on my 5 month old, and a small amount accidentally washed into her eye. She immediately started screaming and crying. I put some in my own eye to see what was going on, and it immediately started burning! An hour later it’s still burning and my eye is red and swollen. Poor baby must have been in so much pain. I do not recommend, it is not tear free!
