Not very useful
This doesn’t work well. The cutter blade gets paper stuck behind it and doesn’t cut, only tears your expensive gift wrap.

Threw it out before my wrapping was done
This worked good for the first few times. I then used it on a heavier wrapping paper. It tore and paper got caught in the blade. It was useless after that even after removing the paper. It was not sharp enough to finish.
