Poorly made. Bear broke off top before I even put together. Ceramic chips off when screwing in no way to avoid. No easy way to replace paper towel. Hot glued bear back on, but will probably break off every time. Waste of money. Too hard to return.

I just got this paper towel holder in the mail and it is adorable. The problem is that it is broken, the bear was broken off the top, this is the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5
