Reduces puffiness and refreshes the eye contour
This serum has helped me a lot with the eye swelling in the morning. It feels light, absorbs quickly and leaves the contour area cooler and less inflamed. I have noticed a gradual improvement in my dark circles and the skin looks more rested with constant use. It doesn't irritate or burn, even applying it every day. It works well before makeup and leaves no residue. For the price, I think it's a great option if you're looking for something that really helps with bags and eye fatigue.

Ouch !
I used this maybe twice and both times it turned my under eyes bright red and tender to the touch. I looked like i had red under eye patches on . Im unsure what caused this as ive never had a reaction to a skin care product like this. I wouldnt call my skin sensitive it's normal. I worry what this will do to someone with sensitive skin. Use with caution.

Don't get if you have sensitive skin!!
I dont consider myself to have sensitive skin, as Ive never had a reaction to anything before, but this will make the first! Ive applied it every day for a couple days and it burned each time but I thought maybe that was normal. Then after maybe a week, I noticed dry patched around my eyes and peeling skin, and my skin was very tender. I also dont see a difference in my puffiness or eye bags. I love the Ordinary but this was a miss for me…

It works!
I have naturally puffy eyes and I've noticed a difference after using for about a month. I look more awake. The price point is amazing for how great this works. A little goes a long way but be careful not to get it in your eye. It burns obviously.

I don't see a huge difference but I do like how hydrating this is. Sometimes I feel like it works and other times it seems to not do much. I don't have sensitive skin and there was no irritation. I'll keep using it more for how lightweight hydrating it is than for dark circles.

easy to over do it
I can't really say it's been effective at reducing my dark circles, since I haven't seen much of a difference. however it hasn't caused any irritation which is good. Unfortunately it's SUPER easy to accidentally use too much, and then when it dries it tightens on your skin a little like glue so it pulls weird, stays tacky, and comes off in little white rolls like bad sunscreen that look really dumb if you don't realize and you're out and about🤦 I accidentally walked around looking like I had severe eye boogies for like an hour before I caught a glimpse of my reflection and realized 😭 I have no idea how I'm going to use all of this up before the expiration date if I can only put on the tiniest amount, and when it's not super evident it's helpful.
