A: this serum works over time, it wont immediately lengthen your lashes or brows. that happens after 3-4 weeks of use 2x a day. and no, you dont need to wash off the serum at night, in fact the serum is meant to be used twice a day.

Used it twice daily for 4-5 months… didnt run out till now. I started using it due to eyelash extensions twisting and falling out a lot. Ever since I started using it, they don't twist around anymore. I've even gotten compliments on my natural lashes from my lash tech. Works great and great value for the amount of product. Reordering!!

I received this product complimentary from The Ordinary. I like how affordable this serum is and that it doesn't contain any harmful ingredients, which gives me peace of mind when using it daily. I love this serum. It is not for people who lack consistency. You must use it twice daily. Most importantly, the formula is free of prostaglandins. It is ideal for those who frequently treat and style their lashes and brows.

After a week or two I noticed my damaged lashes looked thicker and more grown back, my thin eyebrows much more full. And it didn't irritate my sensitive skin. I was skeptical at first, but this definitely seems to work. I love it

I love The Ordinary products, but this was a little disappointing. I did not see much results with this, so I forked out the extra money and used OLAPLEX eyebrow serum and got much better results. That being said, once you have the regrowth that you want, this will maintain it at a lower price, but for initial growth, go with OLAPLEX.

The actual serum seems fine, seems to be effective. The applicator is absolute TRASH. Why is the brush hard pokey plastic when it is meant to be used on eyelids? Granted, this is in comparison to the Grandelash applicator which is soooo soft.

Hi!! I bought this product because my lashes were falling out and had a noticeable gap between my lashes. I wanted something for them and also gentle on my eyes. This serum is it! I thought it would be bad because of the negative experiences these customers had but mine was pleasant. My eyes don't burn and get irritated. My lashes are thicker and stronger! Would recommend! 💗

After two weeks of use, I have clusters (!!) of milia on both eyelids! I'm so sad!! I've never had milia so I have no idea where to start to treat this. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I don't really see a difference in length but I have noticed my lashes shed sooo bad now. I constantly have eyelashes in my eyes or on my face. I've used up almost all of my first tube and I just dont think i'll be using it again because it seems to be making my lashes thinner. I really wanted this to work tho because it is significantly cheaper than most lash serums. Just disappointed.

Amazing! After only 4 days my lashes are thicker and longer they look gorgeous and I don't feel the need to wear falsies anymore! I use this morning and night. Absorbs quickly and has no bad sent. the brush is soft and serum doesn't hurt to get in eyes. I 1000% recommend. worth the money

I was a user of Lattisse, which made me lashes amazing, but once I read the affects it could have on the undereye/volume loss - I immediately stopped. Most other last products also have Prostaglandin which I know to avoid, so this lead me to this wonderful serum! I agree with other reviews, it did take a while to see results. I almost gave up, but I'm at the 2.5 month mark now and I finally see length in my outer corner lashes (which were shorter than my inner at the start of this). Definitely a fan of this, and will keep using due to its safe ingredients!

Im not sure if I like this product because I used for around a week, I really liked the apperance of my brows and eyelashes. But around week 2 my eyelids broke out in an itchy dry patch on each eye under brows.

I have been a strong user of grande lash serum for the past 4 years and it has finally been beat! Recently my grande lash serum had started making my eyes burn and lashes fall out. This stuff has fixed the issue! It has helped my lashes grow so fast! Plus its half the price! My lashes are back thicker and more full again! Ive been on a lash journey this last couple months and found that this stuff is the best! I pair it with the covergirl clean mascara and boom my lashes arent weak and brittle or irratated anymore! Love it!!! Treat yourself & get it!
