Massage features 3 speeds and felt great on my calf muscles after a long run . Has 3 attachments to target aches and pains and relieve stiffness, standard ball for overall body massage and Thumb attachment to target knots . Quiet when in use , lead to charge via USB , charge holds for ages , about 2 hours . Thrilled to have this product as not something I would indulge in but now feel like it is a must have in my life !! Great for recovery

My routine is a mix of running, spin classes and reformer Pilates with the occasional gym weights session so working a lot of muscles. Overall, have really enjoyed it. Have founded after a tough Pilates session this helped really soothe and relieve some over sore muscles, but I think a real plus is how lightweight and compact yet durable it is. I’ve not taken it anywhere but can see how easy it would be if you needed to, and appreciate it’s not taking up space. Overall have very much enjoyed it!

It massages and unties my knots so easily and without causing anymore discomfort or pain. The sleek design makes and unique shape makes it easy to hold and to use it on yourself by yourself, without causing tired hands/arms. The instructions are very easy to follow and the attachments are easy to attach to the machine as well. I love that the charge is a C-type, which means I can easily use my phone charger to charge the device without needing to make extra space for an additional charger. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product and would definitely recommend it further.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just wow. This is definitely a top notch product, I've tried out a very cheap massage gun before and you can seriously tell the difference. On unboxing the product looks super smart and the way it was arranged in the box gave it that quality expensive look. The Theragun is a decent weight and easy to hold whilst in use, I love the little cards that come with it showing you various ways to use it on different parts of the body and for how long. We actually really enjoyed doing the foot/calf ones. The 3 different heads are perfect to change for different levels of massage and overall it gives excellent comfort and relaxation. This would be a perfect addition to your gym bag or if you were doing sports to help afterwards. Also the one big bonus is the noise level- almost non existent, super quiet when in use and therefore doesn't become annoying after 2 minutes of use. 10/10 look forward to using a lot more!

I thought it would be awkward to hold but it’s not and it tells you in the instructions how to hold it for different things. It was a shock at first because how powerful it is on the lowest setting but I got used to it fast. I wouldn’t recommend attempting to use it in the top of your back yourself I did and it rattled my teeth but when I got my partner to do it it was amazing. I’ve tried all the different sized attachments and they’re all just as good. It’s going to save plenty of moaning for foot massages because it’s the best foot massage I’ve ever had. I charged it fully and used it for about 20 minutes and it didn’t show any signs of slowing down so it has a good battery life and the attachments feel like a good quality and durable. I’m very impressed and it’s going to get a lot of use after a long day at work.

This Massage gun is game changer

Small gun with comfortable grip and also comes with additional attachment. On top of the box I have realized it’s got QR code , I scanned at downloaded an app , that’s when it’s changed whole game completely. It’s helps you to use it more efficiently track you recovery and explains everything how to used it and what attachments are for what. After 3rd use on my knee I finally have felt difference and it helps a lot to reduce pain and tension. With my physiotherapy this gun is a blessing.
