HOW TO GET THE LOOK: Starting at the roots, lightly clamp a small section of hair between the barrels and hold for a few seconds. For continuous waves, match the outermost wave and work it down your hair. How to use-When using the waver for the first time, select the LOWEST heat setting and test in one small section of hair for 5 to 8 seconds. If you want to use a higher setting, be sure to GRADUALLY increase the temperature. Never style hair for the first time on a high setting as this may damage your hair. Use only as much
heat as you need for effective curling. Over time, using more heat than is necessary can result in hair damage.

submitted byS - 5 years agoA: I think it depends on the length of your hair. When mine is longer- mid back it will be a bit looser, but still a crimp look. When it's shorter, it really does not look good at first, but after a couple of hours, it falls out and looks more natural. It is not a tousled look, definitely looks like the shape of the iron.

I used to have a lot of natural wave, but it has disappeared over the last few years, leaving me with mostly straight, flat, kind of frizzy hair. This has given me my waves and volume back! I like the shape of the waves, they look very natural to me. It all depends on how much hair you put in the iron and how long you leave it in.

Q: Does anyone else get a bad smell on their hair after using this, I don't have heat on very high and literally leave for seconds to wave my hair, any ideas to help with this so it doesn't smell?

Q: The other Bed Head waver with the pink handle says it is a 3/4 inch waver. What size or depth is this waver? It looks to be bigger than an inch. I want larger soft waves and not real small waves like the 3/4 one. PLEASE HELP!!

This was such a letdown for me because i’ve been wanting to buy it for a while :( It’s honestly not comfortable to use, like it fits very odd in my hand when i’m using it because of how big and clunky it is. I also just personally wasn’t a fan of the girls it gave me! I think if you have really long hair, though, that this would be a great tool. But again, the grip on it is weird and i couldn’t get my hand comfortable with it
