A: Hello and thank you for your question! While we don’t test for the lactose content in our cheese, we do know that our aged cheddars (Medium, Sharp, Extra Sharp, etc) contain very little lactose. Our other cheeses besides the aged cheddars may have more lactose, and we don’t want to encourage you to eat anything your doctor has suggested you avoid!
