A: Hi there, thank you for your question! We currently only make one certified kosher cheese, which is our Kosher Medium Cheddar. However, all of our cheeses (with the exception of our Maker’s Reserve 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 cheddars) are considered vegetarian and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients besides milk. A: Hello and thank you for your question! While we don’t test for the lactose content in our cheese, we do know that our aged cheddars (Medium, Sharp, Extra Sharp, etc) contain very little lactose. Our other cheeses besides the aged cheddars may have more lactose, and we don’t want to encourage you to eat anything your doctor has suggested you avoid! Yummy and a big quantity
Used this cheese for my thanksgiving mac and cheese and wowed my entire family! Tasted amazing and had everyone getting seconds. Also a pretty big portion which lets u make a family size amount of food.

This is my go to for ALL my cheese needs. Cash? Tilamook sharp cheddar cheese. Ebt? Tilamook sharp cheddar cheese. Wic? (Not at Target). Tilamook sharp cheddar cheese. You have to try this cheese It’s more solid than store cheese usually is. It makes for a very sharp flavor that cuts through meals you add it to. I hate when I add cheese to something and all I get is calories but no flavor. I added this to loaded nachos and I tasted every bite of cheese.
