Worth the Money!
So I read the reviews for all the Magnolia doll houses and decided on this one. I wanted something for our Maileg mice. It has no issues, no random glue marks no paint missing and the instructions were super clear! It was fairly easy to put together myself and it did take about 2 hours of my time. Including opening the box , looking for pieces and loosing my screwdriver. Please do note this is a large house, it’s about an American Girl tall and almost 3 foot long and very heavy but won’t tip over on your tiny people. Tip to make the roof line up, is get all the screws started and hold it at the point to keep it lined up. Worth the money 100%! (Please ignore messy background in my photos!)

Areas of concern
The design of the house is wonderful and a great size. However there are and were problems with the product. A piece of the brick trim was off in the box and needs to be glued. The screw holes on the roof piece were off and result in a gap that could not be corrected. The placement of the stairs are in a strange position for furniture placement. I am hopeful I can mask the imperfections as I decorate the house. It was easy to put together but as a toy that is over a $100, I would have expected better quality.

I absolutely love this dollhouse! I've been waiting to build it for a year now, and it did not disappoint! I was able to put it together on my own in about an hour and a half (two hours if you count my small breaks while watching a show). It's so easy and the instructions are very clear with 23 simple steps. It's good quality, while having lightweight pieces. I am SO excited to begin decorating/personalizing it! Highly recommend for both children and adults! Get it!!

It has some flaws, but overall, this is a nice looking, sturdy, roomy house. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble (alone). Some pieces were difficult to get into place, and a trim piece popped off right at the beginning. I'll have to glue it back on. I was also missing a screw with paint on the end, and had to use a silver-tipped one instead. No big deal, obviously. I was impressed with the packaging and the beautiful box. Would make a great gift if you wanted to wrap the box as well.

I've been looking at this doll house and considering it for 2 years. I recently went to target online and it was half off! I lucked out because the price went back up a week later. It arrived in good condition. There were no broke or missing pieces and the instructions were clear however, there were 2 mistakes in the illustrations but it was easy to figure out. The instructions recommend not tightening screws till entire house is assembled and I also recommend this. It took me an hour to put together and I have arthritis. Just read the instructions carefully and it will go well. My only complaint is after all my careful application, the very last 2 pieces did not join perfectly (this was the last 2 roof panels) so that was a disappointment. Otherwise, this is going to be fun to decorate and all the grands and other littles in our family are going to love playing with it. The wood is plywood, not pressed wood and for the price I paid, it's a real value and should last a very long time. Very happy with this dollhouse!

So in love with this doll house
I bought this as a Christmas present and it was definitely worth it. It gets played with every day, multiple times a day. I was really surprised by how big it was and absolutely beautiful. Something I'll definitely try to save for generations. My husband bult it in like 20 mins or so he is a carpenter and was pretty impressed with the material for a toy. One part of the roof didn't line up, but honestly, it's not a big deal. Nothing is perfect. The stairs are not screwed in. Trying to line up the peg with the hole is a little challenging. So we just took the stairs out all together. That actually worked out for the best because now there is much more room for play. Every time I see another, I want to buy it just in case something happens to the one we have. lol, it's that's nice.

I have been wanting to buy one of these dollhouses for the last couple of years but they sell out so quickly. Glad I waited because I LOVE this new style. It’s a great size for my kids maileg mice, but they play with all their little characters. I love how neutral and simple it is. Excellent design. Hours and hours of open-ended play for my kids, and the only furnishings I’ve added so far are a dining table with chairs and a little Christmas tree. It’s so hard to find cute, wooden dollhouses that are affordable. This completely hit the mark.
