This was a life saver. My scalp was in need a deep cleansing after 1.5 months in a protective style. The nozzle helped target my scalp. I was able to scrub with a brush and let the product sit on my hair for a while before rinsing. After washing my scalp felt instant relief and so clean! I would use this every time.

Let me tell you. This scalp cleanse is a real one. I can not stress anymore about how wonderful this product is and how it saved my scalp. I developed a fungal issue on my scalp something that happens a lot more than what people might think. I had dandruff issues and constantly itching even after a day of washing my hair. When you have type 4b/4c hair there is a lot of promotion about moisturizing, which is important. But cleansing was something I wasn’t doing well enough like I thought I was. I even started to shed and develop a thinning spot towards the top of my scalp. Along with better hair hygiene and practices the difference in my scalp was day and night after the first use of master cleanse! I’m not a paid reviewer, I’m serious. I felt relieved. After a month of using this product along with Ms. Henson’s clarifying shampoo Honey Fresh, I can stop worrying about the negatives of my scalp and hair. Thank you so much for this. Ya helped save my scalp!

Wonderful solution to dandruff
This has been my saving grace. Since moving to Texas, I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’ve been struggling with dandruff (which has never been a problem before) This, however, has cured my household of the dreaded dry scalp flakes! 🙌🏻 The smell is amazing, it smells like a product someone in a fancy salon would use on your hair for a treatment. This stuff is amazing! I’m on my second bottle, a little goes a long way. I hadn’t used it in a while and my scalp was itchy and irritated, with scabbing in spots. One of the best clarifying shampoos I’ve ever tried. At first I had my doubts due to the watery consistency but ITS SO GOOD. The lather is amazing and a little goes a long way. It does an amazing job at getting rid of buildup and dirt in your hair. I recommend using only when your hair is in dire need of a cleanse since it is clarifying and will strip all the nasties from your hair. The little knob things help me target my scalp and I love them so much. Follow up with a deep conditioner and your hair will feel amazing! The tingles aren’t overwhelming and the smell is pretty light. I will definitely be trying more products from her lines

I don’t feel like this shampoo did anything. It took a lot , never foam, my hair did feel strip and soothing feeling from the tea tree and other ingredients. I don’t believe it did anything but made my hair so tangle.

This is a year round product for me even though my scalp tends to be drier in winter months. The smell is strong but I usually just follow up with another shampoo! In my option, this is the biggest black haircare product since the hot comb! I wore a curly sew in on a vacation. I went swimming everyday so my scalp was wet daily. You can imagine how itchy my scalp was by the end of the vacay. This product was just what I needed. It has the perfect consistency to reach the scalp and the applicator gets it right where you want it. Though watery in order to reach the scalp, it still creates a wonderful lather. The tea tree and eucalyptus oils thoroughly soothed my scalp and the smell is very calming. It felt like a Four Seasons spa day in my shower. Sew jn girlies, braids or dandruff girlies, anyone with an itchy scalp get this product. Your scalp will thank you!

Normally, I take reviews with a grain of salt. But two months ago, I bought the whole scalp care line, and I'm a believer now. I wear my hair in protective styles, and this is great for washing braids, twists, and locs. When I added this to my wash day routine, I noticed that my scalp was able to stay flake free longer than normal. I was able to go longer with my protective styles without my scalp feeling icky. This product really gives your hair that squeaky clean feel, and it smells so good. Anybody who wants to keep their scalp clean and balanced should be using this.
