  • A: I have had Tracfone for many years and used auto pay, well recently I found out when switching phones that they were also doing the government life line program and the one they are using is “Safe Link” so I would say yes; but always best to call and ask them.

    No Network.

    I cant use the network in my area, on the phone when I go outside, possibly due to construction.

    Great purchase, great phone!

    It's been a great upgrade. The camera takes amazing pictures, it's pretty easy to use It was a little bit of an issue getting my phone activated. I tried several times online, but could never get it to work. A 5 minute phone call, which only required all of the information I was filling in the forms online, and the phone is working. Great purchase!

    Not labeled correctly

    This phone was not labeled as a lite phone and had no obvious information about how it has very limited memory. The initial system updates wouldn't even install correctly because there wasn't enough memory. I uninstalled a few apps to make space and after 2 days of trying it finally updated. Idk if future updates will fit. This info needed to be a blatant description as part of the title. Some people can't see fine print, even if they tried to read it. This phone won't be useful for very long with such little memory. The higher priced version of this phone has more memory and I would have bought that one if I could have seen that difference beforehand!! For what little it does, after uninstalling so many apps, it's good, but I will ultimately have to buy the other one, which means this one is a waste of money.

    Disappointing

    Unable to connect. This phone functions fine when hooked into wifi, but it can not connect to the cellular network even in areas which the website says have service. Have tried everything with no result. As a result I can only use it at home.

    Great Phone, Horrible Battery Life

    Everything with this phone is Great except for one thing. The sound, camera, operation, All Great! But the one most important feature, HORRIBLE BATTERY LIFE! It drains even when pausing apps, turning off mobile, even getting rid of junk apps. I can't find what else to do. Disappointed!

    Awesome Phone!

    It's almost hard to believe this phone can do everything I need on a budget price. I hooked it up to my school G-mail account and it seamlessly synced my emails and activities folder/drive automatically. It's a full blown smart phone that looks great!

    Pretty good

    Pretty good but

    it's between 3 and 4 I guess. Battery life is better than my previous 6 year old phone. I had to reset my password for an online app and it was extremely difficult to get the two passwords to match bcuz of errors. the letter/number icons are sooo small it's hard to not make a mistake. didn't have that problem with my cheap Samsung. I also when I get a new text, I don't see an indication on the home screen msg icon that I have a new icon.

Your experience with password resets and the small text/number icons has been a real hassle, and it's definitely important to know when you have a new text message. These things are causing frustration, especially when you didn't have these problems with your previous Samsung phone. The issues with the small icons and the text notification might be something we can adjust in the phone's display settings or notification settings. We can also try some troubleshooting steps that might help with those password errors, as sometimes those are related to the phone's keyboard or display settings.     Not as good as advertised

    This phone has lots of memory and storage, but I’m not happy with the phone ring volume and it also is extremely slow recharging.

    The smartest company will allow people to fully uninstall apps that are not vital for operating . I find nothing more frustrating than apps I will not use but they occupy vital storage space! How about apps only needed for the phone operating system!! You'd have all the Business!!
