My sister sent me this tea I had been sleep deprived for years from muscle pain and irritated nerves.I was sleeping 4 to 5 hours but it was interrupted sleep. My first night after this tea was nine hours and only up once to let the dogs out.amazing.

One of my favorite teas! A strong floral taste and requires two tea bags for an effective brew. At first, I wasn't a fan of the very floral flavor, and now it's one of my favorite teas.

I love all the tees. Finally I found one that I'm not real big on. And others may love it. I just tend to like the more earthy flavors. I tried it, now I know. In our local store they sell traditional medicinals cup of lavender mint. So I bought a box and I don't mind the lavender with the mint added plus they have licorice root, catnip, passionflower and rosemary leaf, which are all things that bring it together for me. I'm still putting that I would recommend it to a friend because I would recommend it to friends that prefer floral tasting teas. I don't like hibiscus either. So if you do, you may enjoy this tea. I do like chamomile though I didn't feel like the lavender overpowers it too much in this combination. And truthfully, chamomile is not my favorite tea but I love the calming effects on my nerves

Hot tea is my beverage of choice. The very first time I tried Camomile with lavender I loved it! It is stronger than other brands meaning you can taste the lavender and the fragrance is very nice too.
