Power and lights up
I purchased the vacuum to do my cars. It’s cordless versatile, small enough to get into crevices and lights up to find the darkest areas. Suction is great. That’s not too loud. I love it.

My experience with Tranqwil
I just started to put this Hand Vac together and realized I was missing the adapter to plug it into the power outlet. Even though it was Saturday, I e-mailed Tranqwil for guidance in getting an adapter hopping to get an answer on Monday as their business hours were posted for the workweek. Nora responded to my e-mail within minutes advising me that I could use my Ipad adapter, as the wattage and amperages were similar. Saved my day!

Quality Product,Outstanding Performance
I recently purchased this portable, battery powered Vacuum from a local store on sale and I am definitely glad that I bought this one! I did not expect it to have to power, performance & capabilities it does have from a portable battery powered vacuum cleaner! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a portable vacuum, this is definitely the one to get and is worth every dollar spent on it, I’m considering buying a few more of them to give as gifts and to keep a backup one for myself if needed in the distant future! Great quality and great product all around!

Very compact and powerful handvac
Just received the TPC-02BL rechargeable hand-vac and charged it as per instructions. It is very ergonomic and powerful and filters are easy to clean. The storage system and convertible nozzle are ingenious and very convenient and the 'touch of a button' debris emptying system couldn't be easier. Great little rechargeable vacuum!

DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM
It's pretty, even a little sexy, I know. BUT IT DOESN'T WORK. The suction is pathetic, even on the high mode. The charging dock cannot hold the weight of the machine. The entire vacuum stopped working after less than a month and customer service is an absolute scam. I was told to email them a video of the problem, then received an "undeliverable" back.

Plug not going to last. The way the vacuum has to fit on the dock is by a tiny little input, that looks like it would bend off easily. The suction on the vacuum itself was not strong at all. Back to the store it went.

It worked until it wouldnt charge anymore
I liked that it was good until it wasn’t. Was very pleased with it until the port to the handle get stuck to the stand that charges the hand vacuum. Had to toss it out. I suggest if you do buy don’t charge on the stand use the charging cord that’s provided.

This was a gift for my parent for Christmas, they used it once and when they tried to use it again there was no suction and then it turned off and will not turn back on. Tried charging it and nothing, don’t waste your money on it.

Can't even suction crumbs
I bought this vacuum to keep in my car to vacuum up crumbs. It’s so disappointing. It isn’t even strong enough to pick up tiny chip crumbs. When it did pick up, it’s not powerful enough to suck into the canister so when you turn off the vacuum, all the crumbs fall out of the hose. I didn’t expect a full powered vacuum but if it can’t even suck up crumbs, it’s pretty useless.
