Did not work on fine, straight, grey hair
I have long straight fine gray hair. My daughter said that I should try a mousse and I like Tresemme shampoo, so I tried this. I washed, conditioned, towel dried, applied the mousse as directed on the container, blow dried and set with hot rollers. When I took the hot rollers out my hair had a weird texture. It's usually very smooth. The waves fell out within twenty minutes. I didn't even brush or comb or anything.They just fell all the way out. It's flatter and straighter than when I use only shampoo and conditioner without mousse. I don't understand this, and I would really like to know what would work for fine, straight grey hair. I have a lot of white in the front. But the back is brown and white. So Tresemme, if you're listening, I could use some advice. Thank you

Best for when you have nothing else to use
Lightweight and great for traveling, did not leave my hair as bouncy as other mousses have. This is perfect for an emergency if you need a quick fix or if you’ve ran out of your favorite high end mousse and haven’t replaced it yet. Very affordable and does not have a strong scent.

This is the second time I have ordered this item for pick up that the cap was missing and the nozzle was broken. Why is target hiring incompetent employees who cannot determine when an item is defected or broken!!! I’m kinda done with you, Target.

The new formulation provides no hold at all. My hair looks good for about half an hour. I am also severely disappointed in the new Bouncy Curls - same thing - zero hold, limp and frizzy hair

The Worst New Made Tresseme
This is the worst Tresseme mousse you ever made. The extra hold original is the best and nothing or other that you had put out will not.You put a small fine print in the back added alcohol in it. The original did not that is bad for hair. I will never buy the one you changed it wil never be better either. Also new one doesn’t have humidity protection like the old one. Unless you go back to Original one then will I buy. But forgot about the new one.😡

Changed formula for extra hold mousse - Nov. 2025
They changed the formula on extra hold mousse (Nov 2025) and didn’t change the can telling us. It is absolutely awful. I have used this for years and had to go find another brand. Terrible change they made, done with this brand.
