I wanted to love this product since it didn't contain stevia or other artificial sweeteners that 99% of protein products contain since I am allergic to them, but the taste was so sweet with just the one scoop recommendation due to the monk fruit extract. The taste of chocolate was there and I didn't get a big taste of pea, actually would have been acceptable if they didn't add monk fruit. The deal breaker is I looked more carefully at packaging and it states that it can expose you to lead? Really? What the heck in these organic ingredients has lead? Or is it the packaging? I'm baffled. Lastly, I got a weird tingling taste on my tongue and mouth which may be from the monk fruit or lead! . I will be returning asap!

I was looking for a plant-based protein so I could avoid dairy. I made this last night and could only down half the serving, taking large sips and holding my nose. I'm haunted by the horrible taste and smell! I have had Earth Chimp and KaChava, both of which are palatable. This is truly awful, with a weird legume-ish smell and bitter taste.

I love the Vanilla protein powder!!! It’s great with water or milk and taste like vanilla. BUT the chocolate protein powder is horrible I’ve tried drinking it and it just can’t. To me it doesn’t taste like chocolate and it’s just weird chalky taste, with a mix of dirty. It’s bazaar.

I got the vanilla. I can use this to make protein shakes. I use it for baking. I use it in pancakes. I love that it has minimal ingredients and I can pronounce it. If you need some protein in your diet. I highly recommend. Just wish it was a little cheaper.

I actually liked the texture, taste and aftertaste. I did not feel like there was a need to add frozen bananas or anything to consume it. I used nut milk. You can use flax milk if you’re allergic to other things. I definitely will but if my Orgain is too expensive or out of stock. I’m going to say this flavor is highly recommended. No reflux, no weird smells, true products. I also appreciate the price point.

This is the absolute worst protein powder! The taste is awful, the texture is like having a mouthful of wet sand. No matter how many times I tried mixing it, it was still so gritty. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option.
