I use to own the black pair until my dog chewed the cord, I figured I was getting a uprade getting this one being it's suppose to be newer. my volume is at the max it will go and I can barely hear people talking and the game audio is terrible. it sounds like it's on low when the volume is all the way up. disappointed.

Bought these for PS4 gaming so I could chat while playing, and am really happy with them. It's easy to adjust the microphone levels along with the outside noise levels and headset levels, and they've been very reliable. Easy and quick to charge, the battery life also has held up, and sound quality overall is great. Only complaint would be the comfort on the top of my head, because sometimes it puts weird pressure if I don't adjust them more often, but overall, they've been great for what I need them for.

Do not buy these! I have had so many mics throughout the years and these are not only the worst but one of the most expensive pair as well. If you buy these you are only paying for the face that they look cool. They are just missing features of other mics and in no way justify their above average price.

For the price I expected to work decently. But the very next day that is started usuing these they started to make a fuzzing sound!! I felt like making sure it was charged would help that from happening. But nowwwwwww the right side won’t even work!!! I’m returning these! How much more frustrating could a headset be???

The sound is really crisp and clear. The microphone turns off when you flip it upwards. This is a corded headset but the cord has ample length. It features a 12 hour battery life. Glasses friendly and has an adjustable head band. It comes with a type C charger cord. I would definitely say this is a great startup headset!

Noise canceling is a great feature. I have 4 older children and for the most part the mic did not pick them up in the background. I loved the shorter arm on the mic, we all know how annoying it can be to be talking and feeling like you're eating the mic. I thoroughly enjoyed my Turtle beach headset and have recommended it already to friends.

I bought mine less than a week ago and it was going well; however, after about 5 or so times using it my mic suddenly stopped working. I’ve tried going through every setting to see if it’d work but no luck. I’m using it on an Xbox Series S. I’m not sure if it’s the headset or my console.

This is the first set of headphones that do not make my ears hurt. The cushion is fantastic on them. They cancel out distracting noise which is great when there is something going on outside or the husband is home while I am working. I use them on a PC but you have the ability to use them on Xbox and PlayStation models. I also like that I can use this headset on Teams and on Webex/zoom. It’s nice to not have to dial in on my phone. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they are not wireless.
