The sound on this headset is horrendous, you can hardly hear anything. I've always bought turtle beach headphones and honestly I'm highly disappointed. Returning these and exchanging them for something else. $64 for no sound? Shameful.

i bought these for gaming on PS5. the cord started shorting out and completely stopped working less than 2 weeks from when i purchased. everyone knows turtle beach is terrible. i was warned by a friend literally right after purchasing and sure enough- they broke.

I love these for Xbox! I wear glasses, so these really are comfortable with glasses, and I have several piercings in my ears and they are comfortable with them too. I love the bass, and you can hear everything! Great for the price.

Only reason I came back to leave a review is because my cousin is looking for a headset and I was copying the link for him and saw all these bad reviews. They do the job and can't really complain for the price... I've had them for more than 3 years and they're still going strong. They're durable, have good sound, and the charge on them lasts a pretty long time.

Well i think the headphones are great fit good sound good I got them for my switch but when i looked at the manual it said it only supports handheld mode for switch and I looked at the product description & not 1 time is that mentioned at all it says it’s compatible with the switch & the switch lite but it does still work while it’s docked

ear piece snapped in under a month

bought on sale during black friday deals, gave to my son for christmas on the 25th of dec and now 1/16 its already broken but I can't return. The ear piece snapped and iis now dangling from the cord, attempted to tape it but no success because of the pivot feature, just pops the tape back off

The Turtle Beach Headsets are a bust! I got them mostly for my Xbox One and it not good! For $59.99 price dont get it! Save your money. I have a Hyperx gaming Headset but the one i have is for PS4-PS5. Cons: When connected on Xbox or any system the sound doesnt shut down the sound coming from the tv! So you hear the sound from the tv and from the head phones. 2) you hear sound of your surroundings! 3) you need to charge them even though they are not Bluetooth! I dont understand the charging part?! If its noise canceling then double thumbs down because it doesnt do that! 3) mic is to short! And can possibly be easy be broken if your a rage player. Pros: 1) they are comfortable in the head. 2) ear covers are nice and rest comfortably on your ears. 3) mic sounds pretty clear when speaking to others and streaming! 4) sound coming from the headphones are nice! But once again you can still hear everything around you thats not in the game! 5) the audio cord is nice and long so its nice to play in a relaxing way.

I like these and the ease of use, but I actually feel like my other Turtle Beaches work better. The different options for raising talking volume and game volume is nice in theory, but I feel like it doesn’t work properly with my PS4

They are VERY wide and look/feel weird on the head. They do not sit comfortably on my ears as advertised—I found myself constantly fidgeting, and I cannot see how you could wear them for extended periods of time. Sound quality was good.

Overall quality of this headset is great. Comfortable and stylish…BUT it is unclear that you can ONLY PLAY HANDHELD SWITCH. These do not work with a docked switch. It says “compatible” for lite and regular switch, which is not completely true.

Literally the worst headset ever created. I have never used such a bad headset. It echoes, turns you robotic, and anything else terrible with a headset you can think of, this headset has. Please avoid this terrible headset at all costs.

They work...they're not as loud as I would like for them to be. I have the settings all the way up on my console and on the headset. I had another person listen too just to make sure it wasn't me... If you don't want to spend much money I would recommend them. I might bring them back.
