[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this headset is amazing. As far as the app. . . . not so much. The Swarm 2 app is horrible. It doesn't save settings and most of the time no adjustments make any difference.
Mic could use some work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting this headset to connect to my PC is an absolute nightmare. Every time I boot my computer back up I have to mess with the headset by turning it off and back on again and unplugging the dongle and plugging it back in and sometimes it simply won't connect until I plug it physically into my PC. I've had older and cheaper headsets that simply connect right away. I don't know if the dongle is crap or the headset is but this is absolutely not worth your money. Go for Logitech or anything else. It is also very unclear what most of the beeps and sounds the headset will make at you even mean. When turning it on it will beep twice in a way that makes me think okay it's on but then a second later it will make another beep that sounds like it turning off. The battery is fully charged and the desktop app often has no idea what my battery level is at and will think it's dead after a whole night of charging until I once again mess with the dongle and turn the headset off a few times. Good things: it's fairly comfortable once you get it adjusted The sound quality is solid and that's all for the good stuff.

Trash product. Mic stops working due to poor design. Didn’t even have mine for 6 months before it broke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t get me wrong the headset is very comfortable and seemingly well built but I have been having connectivity issues with it ever since I got the headset. Audio wise it is great but it’ll suddenly disconnect and take forever to repair with my Xbox, I had the gen 2 stealth 700s and absolutely loved that headset but this one seems like a step down with how many connectivity issues it has and not to mention the volume adjustment sucks. I’ll have a hard time hearing my friends and when adjusting the volume it’ll raise my game volume super high and vice verse. Overall not super impressed and disappointed given how much I spent on it. Had high hopes for it only to be let down, only redeeming factors are the audio quality and the comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking at the headset it doesn't appear to be very sturdy from the ear muff and the joints also the mic quality was sub par compared to other of your mics like the stealth 600 gen 2 and 700 gen 2. According to my friends it sounded as if I was trapped in a tim can.

Audio is good and it fits well but it frequently has disconnect issues, it fails updates 99/100 times even with USB connected. In 3 weeks it was broken already, right ear gave up 70% of audio.

When the headphones work, they are brilliant. Decent noise isolation, clear voice pickup and clear sound. And the multi connection is spot on, being able to take calls when gaming is an awesome feature. But the updating, jesus christ, it took me 3 hours to update the things for a mic monitoring update, as well as the USB dongles. I know it ain't my Internet cause I'm getting download speeds of 1GBPS. The updating situation needs to be sorted. . . . other then that, a decent set of gaming headphones.

Like seriously these things are absolutele chads, i bought a turtlebeach PX3 headset back in 2014. After 11 years they still work fine (after some ductape quickfix) because it fell on the ground many times. So now it was time after 11 years for a new set, sadly they didnt sell the px3 anymore but this is even more modern and way better sound / bass. Best quality headphones worth your money. Thank me later

Schade Turtle Beach….
